We love Potbelly and visit them when we find them! This location was just ok. Employees were friendly. But sandwiches were a bit lacking with meat and cheese. Much skimpier than usual. Added ingredients were plentiful including lettuce, pickles and peppers. Sodas were fizzy with ample soda syrup. Bathrooms were clean. Tables were sticky and full of crumbs. It was hard to find a clean table to sit at and enjoy our meals.

Potbelly’s is a treat for me as I’m working on my abs and the location is never close to my home. I went to this location on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and ordered a Turkey Big and Chicken & Cheese Big sandwich. It was delicious, as usual. The service was lacking a bit compared to other locations as they were confused on sandwiches and missed one of my orders completely. The workers were friendly so that made waiting bearable.

I went here for the first time last week and their sandwiches look great. The problem I had was that they only have mayo, deli mustard, or oil as options for their sandwiches. I’ve never seen a sandwich shop not have yellow mustard, and many other options for the sandwiches. The sandwich I ordered would have been great had they had other options available like vinegar, italian dressing, yellow mustard, ranch, honey mustard, etc. Since they have so few options, I won’t be back because the sandwich was very bland without the other options they should have had.

I love Potbelly chili & it seemed like a good night for chili! My friend & I split a sandwich & we both got chili. I went back for a shake & also got a sandwich to go for my husband. Food was delicious & employees were friendly. They have great deals & freebies on their app, which sweetened the visit tonight. Great place for soup & sandwich!

We ordered 2 shakes along with our sandwiches and even tho the machine wasn’t working for me to scan my phone using the app to get the points the lady (I didn’t get her name) was very helpful and hooked it up with the shakes. I ordered lunch for pick up . Clearly stated I wanted my meat cooked twice and easy on the hot peppers. No twice cooked meat and extra hot peppers . Couldn’t enjoy the food .
