I had an unpleasant experience today at this establishment. The woman making my sandwich cut me off while I was explaining what toppings I wanted saying “that’s the next station” in a rude way. None of the employees were friendly, no smiles. Makes sense why they’re advertising everywhere in the store “now hiring”.

Ordered doordash from here and first the store gave our order to the wrong customer making our DD driver have to wait. Then when we got our order it was missing one of our sandwiches. The manager, while nice about, basically could only offer a refund for our order and couldn’t do anything else because they didn’t have a driver. This ruined a lunch date with my girlfriend.

Friendly little sandwich shop with great customer service. Plenty of choices to choose from in a speedy manner. This weekend they had an acoustic singer which was nice. This particular one does not serve fointain drinks but you can purchase a bottled beverage. They do however serve some yummy shakes!

Will not be returning to this location. I ordered a takeout order on the app here a couple of days ago and realized when I got to my location that my order was missing a couple of items. I was annoyed but was a huge deal as it was just chips. I called and after someone finally answered the woman who I had the pleasure of speaking with was the worst person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. I told here my order was missing the chips and she says “okay.. come back and get them.” I said I would just like my money back because I’m no where near there now. She asked for my name, I gave it to her and she said “okay bye” and hung up. I called back and she answered again, I asked her if I was going to be refunded because she just hung up on me and she said “oh yeah I should have explained first I’ll give this to my manager and you’ll be refunded”.
