I have had the apple walnut salad many times, but never had wilted greens like this. I was very disappointed first because of the reduced size and then the spring mix was obviously old.

Sandwich was delicious. Nicely made just as I had ordered it. And my milkshake was thick and delicious too. Order on the app for extra speciality sandwiches.

Potbelly is a solid sandwich shop in my opinion. Have been to a couple in DC and this location was just as good. The sandwiches are creative and above average in my opinion. I had the meatball sandwich and my wife had a roast beef, they were both good. The hot peppers are pretty spicy, I happen to like it spicy but some may not like it that spicy. If you haven’t eaten at Potbelly’s but eat at Jimmy John’s or Quiznos regularly, give them a try, I think you will like it. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The staff did take a little time to take our order but it was not too long. Overall good experience.

Sandwiches and shakes are DELICIOUS. I got a Mediterranean (way too much to eat, brought home and ate the next night after baking in oven for 15min) and hubs got The rack. Clean and friendly workers.

If I could give a Zero rating I would. I’ve ordered there 3 times. With my first order, my sandwich was made incorrectly. The second time I ordered 3 bowls of soup and received only 1. I reviewed Potbelly on the food delivery website and later that evening, I got an email from Potbelly asking that if there is a problem with my order, to contact the store manager. I thought maybe my review was written in haste and I wanted to give them another chance since the one bowl of soup I did get was pretty good. I ordered again the next day to include 3 bowls of Broccoli soup and 1 cup of Chicken pot pie. When my order arrived, I had 3 bowls of Chicken pot pie and the 1cup I did order. How can the employees look at my order and give me 3 bowls of soup that weren’t even in my order? I contacted Potbelly where the manager on that night was apologetic and told me to order 1 cup of soup the next day, cancel the order, call the store and talk to the Manager on that night and they would send me the 6 bowls of soup I hadn’t received in my last 2 orders. I had not received a correct order all 3 times and at this point I didn’t want anymore to do with this place. It’s not rocket science. It merely requires an employee looking at an order and placing those items in a bag. There’s no cooking involved. Simple right? Not for this Potbelly location. I’m done and I’m out $70. In the words of the person from Potbelly who sent me an email after the 2nd messed up order, I send “Peace, light and love.” Clearly, the manager needs it more than I. I will stick with that other National soup and sandwich chain who in ALL my orders, NEVER messed up an order, packaged it perfectly, I received it hot and ALWAYS delicious. Potbelly just has way too many problems.

I was the only customer, and I told the staff what I wanted on my Italian sandwich. However, even though he repeated it to me, he put whatever he wanted to on it! I didn’t ask for pickles or vinegar! I asked for mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, and Italian seasoning.

This is my first time in this particular location, and it was a good one. I ended up getting a chicken salad salad which was absolutely terrific. They packed the bowl so full I could not finish it. It was delicious, and the people that made it kept up a lively little interaction with all the guests while they did a terrific job preparing various foods. That’s the kind of atmosphere I feel comfortable in, the kind of thing that has me coming back. I’ve yet to have a bad experience at any Potbelly’s I’ve been to, been to about 10 different ones. Two thumbs up for sure!

Do you allow people to smoke pot just outside Potbelly’s in Towson? Three people were at the exit door smoking pot (third person in a red shirt not pictured went inside – double click on the snapshot). The stench was so bad, we had to leave the table where we were eating our sandwiches outside. This occurred on Sun 6/5/22 between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm.

The details on the receipt were correct but the sandwich was ENTIRELY wrong.
