Not only was this particular branch of the restaurant unable to fulfill basic requests such as bread selection, toppings, etc., but the manager then *refused* to fix the incorrect order (despite the instructions CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE LABEL!). When I asked to be given the number for the general manager or when they would be in, that information was not only refused, but the manager decided that it would be appropriate to hang up on me!

Thanks to Rickie & his Patient friendly customer Service I was able to make sure my Moms sandwich had all the Toppings she loves. Definitely look forward on returning soon.

Very dirty and unsanitary, workers extremely incompetent. Three different tables had bread crumbs, pieces of lettuce, and smudged mayo on them, the overall sanitary condition of this place would be pretty bad even two years ago, but especially in the day and age where COVID is running rampant, it’s clear that this establishment is not keeping up to the sanitary standards and they’re not even wiping down their tables, much less disinfecting the tables.

I work around the corner and have gotten to know the team members that work at this location. Always friendly and welcoming and they just do a great job, especially when it gets busy.

Came across this place while in Bethesda for work, not a lot of options for casual dining in this area so I was excited to try it. And I was not disappointed in the least. I ordered multiple items to try – chili, a chicken salad sandwich, mac & cheese, small side of potato salad, and a chocolate brownie cookie. Everything was delicious, but the potato salad and the cookie were exceptional. I will definitely be coming back here many times during my 3-week stay!
