Don’t bother adding bacon or asking for ranch on a To Go order. They’ll charge you and then leave it off. Every.single.time. I should’ve learned my lesson by now just to go to the Gainesville location. Shrinkflation is in full effect. I got the saddest sandwich I’ve ever received today with hardly any filling.

We recently got Potbelly catered from this location for a party of 25. The food was fantastic as usual and it was ready at the right time. The sauces, hot peppers, croutons for the salad, and any additional topping comes on the side; making it easy to save the leftovers without sogginess. This place is well managed and always accommodating for customer requests. Thank you!

The Egg Nog shake was the best thing about the meal. The way the counter is set up is bad.. customers can’t hear the staff & vice versa when trying to order. Staff was a little rude when we tried to put our full order in with the first person & was told to order drinks “further down” -which also wasn’t really clear since the next staff member doors sandwich toppings & also said not to give them the drink order!

Aside from being corrected that a “small” is a “skinny”…because obviously that sort of mixup needs confirmation…the visit was pleasant. Closing at 7p on a wednesday was a but of a shock, but glad going in at 645p wasnt met with disdain. Being part of one of those shopping centers makes exiting South a pain, but i guess small price to pay.

The store was not crowded and the service was really good. Potbelly is a sandwich shop that also makes mistakes. The sandwiches are toasted and good, but smaller than subway. There is seating inside and out and the place was clean with a place to read and play games. Not a big Potbelly fan, but would come back for a change of pace.

We’ve been eating at this location for years now. Food is always made correctly and taste great. Best of all the customers service is top notch! I can not remember the name of the lovely lady that works upfront during the day. But she goes above and beyond. Had an issue with grub hub and she immediately gave me a call. She was pleasant and helpful! Thank you for not only the great food but for the awesome customer service.
