Potato Corner has re-opened in Westfield Santa Clara Mall! So excited to have their fires again. Small store but nice and still maintaining their quality. I tried Spicy BBQ and Sour Cream & Onion mixed flavor and I like that they always give generous flavored powder The chicken popper is average, but who doesn’t like fries and chicken!

I get their tater tots. They’re perfectly crispy. I got the giga size, and they’re $7.75 with tax. The bigger size is giga. It’s a little pricey, but it’s nice treat. The line can get huuuge. I went at the beginning of the day, so there was no line.

I’ve been waiting 40 minutes for my fries. Only one of the four employees is assisting the line, and the others stand around and engage in unrelated conversations. 30 minutes early, staff closed the door and turned away customers. The 40 minute wait for fries caused complaints from every costumer. Unfortunate to see the staff turning away customer 30 minutes before closing time. Will not be back due to very terrible management.

The wait was super long and we waited about 13 minutes for 1 order. There was about 9 people in front of us but it still went pretty slow. The fries were good but the service still could’ve been better.

I swear, coco milktea plus potato corner combination is fire!! We ordered 3 giga sized fries, 1 bbq, 1 sour cheese and 1 cheese + sour cream (2 flavors). They didn’t have spicy bbq but at least bbq was available. I got worried too because the line was long but we didn’t wait too long to have our orders taken.

I love Potato Corner in general, however, I went on a Saturday night to this location and their process is inefficient. So be prepared to get your order taken but to wait around for about 30 minutes to get your order. There were 1-2 people dedicated to taking the order/payment, 1 person cooking everything, 1 person in charge of seasoning, and 1 person calling out the orders.

As potato lovers, we saw this place and immediately had to stop by. We decided on the JoJo fries with BBQ topping and chicken pops, they were both great and a good snack for the mall. Great homemade strawberry lemonade too. Will defo frequent Potato Corner again.

What’s wrong with the customer service in this store? I see 6 people on work, but 4 people just stand around doing nothing, there is one cashier and one person making chips. It’s okay if no one is queuing outside, but the line outside has been lined up so long, and the cashier looks like doesn’t want to do it at all, that face is as black as the bottom of the pot at my house. If I can give zero star I will definitely do it.
