Super disappointing. Love the fries but I felt cheated. The potato corner website stated the National Fries Day promotion. Buy one Mega and get one Large Free. Drove here and server working on July 13, 2023 at 8:05pm said the deal is not honored here. What is happening here!? Is Potato Corner a scam? My receipt number is 1472522. Fries are delish! When I think of the mall I think of this place. Bbq is the way to go but I’ve had other flavors but nothing is as flavorful as the the bbq . Service is just ok. They seem to avoid servicing . But you just have to speak up loud so they can assist u. Otherwise you’ll be waving them down for hours.

Hit or miss kinda place. Really crispy fries and generous amount of seasoning on most days. Unfortunately today the fries were soggy and near enough bland. Did not enjoy eating them like usual. The container for giga fries wasnt even the usual round container shown. Not worth the $9 dollars for what I received today.

There are 2 Potato Corners in this mall. One on the ground level right in front of the Cotton On store and second is on the upper level close by to Din Tai Fung restaurant. Both don’t have a lot of tables & chairs but around the mall there’s some lounge chairs you can hangout or simply just go to the food court area which you’ll find seats, if not that busy. We love Potato Corner’s fries it’s one of the best! We love cheese fries! It’s a must to have every time we go to this mall.

A very bad experience. The service is getting worse and worse. Two years ago, I would just comment on our favorite foods. But in the past year, every time I go to buy French fries, IT makes me very angry. At this branch of the Arcadia Mall, the attitude of the staff is appalling. This is not once or twice, but every time the guests are wronged. The product is good, the taste is good, but the staff service is poor, the product quality can not be guaranteed, the quantity is less and less.
