I grew up having Potato Corner in the Philippines so I was stoked when I found there’s one an hour away. Granted we came later in the day but it was still 45 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING and yet we were told they already cleaned up and has just closed. After reading other reviews about food handling concerns, I’d like to think it was a blessing in disguise that we didn’t get served here.

Worst customer service possible!! Never go here! Owner / Worker is absolutely rude and terrible. He has no customer service skills. I thought the food would be good to the least but it was even worst. I think they are using old oil from last week to fry, i had stomachache from eating the food…

Horrible customer service! We ordered small tater tots and first he told us they do not have the small size containers, we had to order medium or large. Then he gave us French fries not tater tots. When we said it’s not what we ordered he argued with us that that’s what we ordered and just stared at us. He would not give us order what we ordered. Will not go back there again. The customer should always be right!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Just ordered some curly fries, only to receive regular shoe string fries. I nicely told the guy working there that I had actually ordered curly fries. Instead of offering even an apology (at the very least) he shrugged and told me “you didn’t mention it”. Obviously if I stand in line & placed my order, I’d say what I wanted, so irritated. Would not be a returning customer. Don’t waste you money at a place that won’t even apologize when THEY mess up your order.

Love their fries. The only reason I’m giving them a 4 and not at 5 is because they are very inconsistent on the amount of seasoning. Sometimes they will add a lot of flavor and sometimes they are cheap on the flavoring and it’s barely-lightly coated.
