Finally decided to try this place. I went the week after grand opening to try it, but several of us waited in line never to even be acknowledged by taking an order. 2 groups after me the same. All of us left just decided to move on. Now that the hype of something new was over and I figured customer service was better I went again. Pretty quick service now. The rest of the details below are probably why. I ordered a double smash burger and natural cut fries to go. $16, but heck why not, gave a dollar for tip for a to go order. Have to say not at all impressed. $6 fries that were burnt, most were the crispy ones with no potato inside. The others were just soggy and nasty. You probably get about half a regular sized potato if that. For $6, definitely not even close to worth it. Wendy’s Natural Cut fries are 10x better, cheaper, and you get more. Double Smash Burger, nothing special. It was cooked fine, but no flavor, and a soggy bun…only have a couple minute drive, so it wasn’t the time before I ate it that made a difference. I was disappointed enough I didn’t even bother eating it all. My opinion, better off as a food truck at events where people buy the food because that is all that’s there. The restaurant is something of a fad and not sure I see it lasting. Many many other better options for a burger or similar style food for that price point that is a lot better and legit seating to enjoy eating. Once was enough for me just to say I tried it.

Place is very new, only opened a month ago, but I’m looking forward to coming back many times. Got some create your own loaded fries…amazing. Seems like anything you want to get is customizable, and good quality. Actually talked to the owner, Alan, very genuine and cool guy.

So I took my little one in and was genuinely happy with the options and the chicken bites were perfect for him. Great portion and definitely a good meal for my 6 year old. The lemonade was on point for being strawberry. I left craving another cup of lemonade. When you buy a loaded fry here you get a bang for your buck. My crab fries were delicious the butter pairs well with the crab meat then you meet in the middle and get old bay as well on those fries. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I tried the Potato Coop when it was only a trailer, years ago. Today was my first time since and what a change. Still the same fresh cut fries with tons of upgrades. Absolutely amazing food, clean restaurant, and awesome customer service. Everything was made to order so it was all hot and fresh as well. I’d 100% recommend this place for anybody who loves food and likes to experience new flavors and combinations.

When you walk in the service was awful n and their vibe was off. I order fried chicken fingers, I paid 10 dollars for 3 chicken fingers that were soggy and mostly raw. This was disgusting. I was looking forward to this new place but that’s a pass for me. Save ur time and money!

I had the greatest service from everyone in there. Big shoutout to the cook Austin, he was very friendly and the food was perfect! We had Buffalo chicken fries, wings with a dusty seasoning that was phenomenal, and an order of chicken tenders and fries! Everything was more than amazing! Will definitely be back for more!

Our first time trying Potato Coop…. I cant believe some of the reviews! They are a bit pricey but it was well worth the money! The food was amazing! Great taste and nice and hot! Service was quick and the emploee up front taking our order was very friendly and polite. ( I wish I had got his name). We will definitely be eating there again!

Fries are limp as if they are pre cooked, “smash burger” had no crisp and bun was too moist. Overall would recommend just going to five guys for the same price but higher quality. Had high hopes only living 2 minutes away..

Mac and cheese has no cheese on soggy bowl of noodles. Fry portions are very small. Fresh cut fries were soggy no crunch. Doesn’t even compare to the food truck quality.
