The jambalaya and gumbo is awesome. The amount of food for that price you can’t beat it. The people are very friendly. Very clean place. I definitely recommend pot & paddle to everyone!

The Nexus
Usually Pot & Paddle plate lunches are really good, but the Shrimp Etouffee was disgusting. The color was off, and it tasted like water & cayenne. The roux was non-existent leaving a watery tan color. Highly disappointing. This is not Etouffee.

Pretty good food. Friendly service. Clean dining room and restroom. Next time I’m in Port Allen I’ll probably stop back through.
