If you like restaurants that give you the kind of food you’d get at a family cookout, this is for you. If you want professionally cooked food that hasn’t been sitting out all morning, I’d recommend trying somewhere else. The food comes in styrofoam boxes like at a cafeteria, which is good if you’d like it to go, but less than attractive if you’re dining in. I got a hamburger steak when I went with my family this week, one of their specials of the day; it came out in about five seconds, which – combined with the fact that the meat and my mac and cheese side were cold – goes to show that they’d had the dish ready for a while. I understand that having food pre-made saves time, but you have to keep it heated properly until served. Trying my sister’s dish, their jambalaya, which is supposed to be their bread and butter, was nothing special either, and lacking flavour in my opinion. Again, good if you’d like something fast and filling, but I wasn’t a fan and won’t be returning.

Little dry and kinda looked like last weeks lunch.

Visiting the area! Nice staff, great service. We bought the 4box. 1/2 jambalaya 1/2 pastalaya. We dined in and ate plenty! we had enough to take home to share later. My other family members bought the red beans dinner and the chicken gumbo. They enjoyed their dinner as well. We found our new spot while visiting.

This place is definitely a 20/10!! You get so much food for the price and everything taste so good. We ordered the meal deal jambalaya which came with a side of gumbo and 2 other sides and everything was so worth it. We had a lot left over (which is what’s in the picture) so make sure you come with an empty stomach. Additionally the service was wonderful! The lady was very helpful with explaining the menu to us and was also very friendly. I would definitely stop by here again. Another plus is that it’s so close to a lot of hotels!

Great atmosphere and people were nice. Food made me sick though. I know for a fact my food poisoning came from this place cause it was the only food I had consumed that day. Won’t ever go back again. Not giving them the chance to serve me soured food again.

Great place nice and clean and the service was fast, not a big seafood fan and was surprised they had chicken and sausage jambalaya so hats off to this place the red beans were on point and the gumbo was decent but tasty really like the food and recommended you come on by hungry because the portions were pretty good size overall great little stop and will most definitely try it again if in the area and recommended you give them a try.

Convenient lunch spot. Pretty quick service and decent flavor for a fair price. Good value of mass, flavor, and cost.

Decent place. I was actually looking for seafood but they do not have any on the menu. Still, good food and decent prices. Was not disappointed.

Big portions great taste service could be a little better. I was a first time visitor and the gentleman who took my order was not really helpful over all good experience.

Had the (white) beans and rice dinner with the potato salad. I very much enjoyed the dish! I also had bread pudding very sweet loads of sweet juice. Understated local chain!
