I am from Wisconsin and spend time in the area just about every year for the past 5 years. I’m ALWAYS greeted with a smile and the food is always delicious! I stop multiple times when I’m here for lunch and supper. I’ve probably had 50% of the items on the menu and all were great! Tyler and Stacey and wonderful hosts and I recommend Post Creek 100%.

Food was delicious. A little pricey, but worth it. Food was fresh & nice portions. Wait staff was busy but teamed up to be attentive to all guest. Had the chicken fried steak, with country gravy, so delicious & a very nice size portion of food. Alcoholic beverages were served In a regular size glass, which was greatly enjoyed.

My wife and I and a couple of our friends stopped in on our way home from the lake—we were excited to try it out since we’re up this way a lot and it has pretty great reviews. Could be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I suspect they wrongly pegged us as from out of state, and proceeded to blatantly ignore our table for over 2 hours–no exaggeration. We kindly asked for menus after 20 minutes without anyone stopping by our table, another 20-25 minutes went by before someone came to take drink orders (we didn’t even get waters) at which point we put in our food since we didn’t know when they’d be back. The drinks never came and we had to ask the other server for waters after another 15 minutes or so. We all polished off our drinks and they sat empty for the next hour as we waited for our order. Other groups came in and were seated around us and greeted and served immediately. Aside from the one time the server came to take our order, we didn’t get checked in or offered water refills a single time in over 2 hours. All the while, both servers continued to pass our table to check in with other tables while pretending we didn’t exist, and had plenty of time standing behind the bar waiting around. Tables that came in after us got their food, paid, and left.

Such a fun place and good food. Large menu for everyone and our server was a blast. When they get busy, they get really busy so be patient because the food is tasty with a full bar!

The food and kitchen staff are always fantastic. Some of the servers/bar staff are atrocious at the service and communication part of their job. Been going here for years and years, have never been disappointed by the food itself.

Maybe an off day. Had the steak fingers, they were tough and hard to eat. Didn’t like the BBQ sauce but I’m VERY picky about my BBQ sauce. Though the fries were fresh they were really greasy. The Aide was good.

Good place to stop for an Elk Burger and local IPA on interstate 93. Bar tender was friendly and food was good. Took longer to bring food out considering 3 customers with food orders but still once food was out, I felt like five stars.

Service was ok. Food, not so much. My husband ordered the “king”cut of prime rib and it was about 1/2 an inch thick with a lot of fat and I ordered the taste of Alaska which was all frozen flash fried fish including breaded scallops. Gross!
