Ok, how come I am just knowing about this amazing local West african food caterer? We picked up our food today, and we couldn’t wait until dinner time, so we had to taste everything. OMG, the vegetable and egusi soups were delicious and well seasoned, my favorites . The jollof was great with a kick. The meat pies and moi moi are good. The price to me is fair because of the time it takes to cook African food. The cook/chef was sweet and generous with the amount of food we got. Now we have to try other food especially the seafood okra, the Yam porridge, and ogbonno(for hubby).

So let me start by saying if you cook from home make that clear to customers I cater from home as well but that was not made clear on site so me and husband drove around confused I called and finally got a answer and was told we had to order ahead and that it’s a townhome I was looking for so I ordered and waited for about 20-30 min in car I told her I was vegetarian so I was only able to order rice and fufu she said it would be 21 then she brought out a extra dish and I ask what it was she said it doesn’t have meat in it then she said $31 was my total I didn’t ask for the other dish which was very untasteful to me like fish oil and I wanted to give fufu a try and I know now it’s not for everyone especially not me the rice was good and tasteful but I won’t be back again not my cup of tea

I found poshplatter on google when I was craving Lagos food and I wasn’t able to cook due to busy schedule. Since that day, my family and I have been hook on the taste. Their abula is so good and their dry fish is the best. I just wish economy will get better so their price can also get better but trust me, you get the worth of your money. Their dish has the original taste and very neatly package and very friendly lady. I give it 10 stars.

I ordered an egusi soup with chicken and it was delicious. My daughter loved it and she is a picky eater. I can’t wait to try other dishes. Thank you for the good food and professionalism.

My first time trying the food and it was really good. I ordered the okra soup and another soup I can’t pronounce but it was good too. I’ll be back whenever I’m on that side of town. Very good!
