One of the worst lunch decisions I have made in a long time. Came in to get a hot dog and a coke. That process required 25.minutes wait and two long different lines. Food was mediocre after all that. If you’re in hurry and looking for tasty lunch, there are many better choices than this zoo.

Was a little disappointed in the amount of fries. It wasn’t even close to full as you can see. Cake slice was also smaller than expected. So I feel it’s a little over priced for the size you get. The food taste was average.

This was a really good eating experience. Our group of eight ordered multiple different things. They all looked great, and we shared samples with each other. No complaints, and thanks for using REAL potato crinkle fries instead of the coated “fake-fries” that so many other restaurants use. The long lunchtime line was handled quickly and hot food was served in a short time. Servings are big, so we couldn’t move on to dessert. My only negative item is that there were no croissants for the beef and cheddar sandwich.

Portillo’s is awesome! It was super packed, which means that lots of people enjoy it! For being so crowded the service was pretty quick! The cake shake was as advertised and was pretty good. It definitely lives up to its fame! I highly enjoyed Portillo’s and would definitely recommend it if you haven’t given it a try!

Takes too long. 17 minutes from the time of order to receiving food. It just looked like absolute chaos behind the counter with everyone literally running around, bags with orders attached to them being thrown all over the place, orders being called in no particular order even though the sign said “orders will be called in order.” We were order 284 and I listened as orders 295 and 310 were called out before us. Every order ahead of us received theirs on a special tray with drink holders. My order had 3 bags and 2 drinks but they gave me no tray. I was tempted to go sit down and wait for our order to be called since they were calling them out over the loud speaker, but I’m glad I didn’t because for some reason, our order was the only order they didn’t call out over the speaker and I would have missed it. Food was pretty good. Don’t need to go back.
