As hotel restaurants and bars go, this is one of the better ones. Burger was nicely prepared and they had great selection of appetizers. If there was one downside, the bartenders were unable to mix good drinks even when simple cocktails like gin & tonic were ordered. Overall, this is a good place for weary business travelers.

The service here is very personal – they learn your names and address you by name. This is meant to be an experience more than just a dinner, so expect to be there for a while. There are so many delicious dessert options and side options! Unfortunately, they don’t have any vegetarian entrées, but they made a vegetarian pasta dish for me.

My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary at Porter’s and it was a great choice! All the food was perfect and they have a great selection of wine. Chris was by far the best server we’ve ever had, very accommodating and friendly! Fantastic service all-around and we would definitely recommend Porter’s to our friends and family!

It has been several years since I have eaten here. Things tasted different than the last I ate here. I was with a group of people and I think they mixed up are order. I ordered medium well and guy across the table ordered medium and I ended up with medium steak. For the price, I was a little disappointed.

Definitely higher end dining, but not highest. This is not a bad review. Had two of the appetizers. The shrimp and the crabcakes. They were awesome. The steaks were excellent. The lowest rating I would give would be the service time. The hostess and table server were polite and attentive. It was the time it took. We were there an hour before the appetizers came out. It did not seem like that because of the company present. And, it is not a fast food place. So, if you want soft lighting, slow paced fine dining, this will be the place. Our table had a great experience.

Our party of 12 had THE most amazing dinner and THE most amazing service at Porter’s last night! We sampled almost the entire menu – Porter’s signature salad, lamp lollipops, lobster bisque, crab cakes, blackened shrimp, lobster tail, *the signature tenderloin medallions*, the ribeye and the chocolate gnache cake. Every dish was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious!
