The atmosphere is great and the food is delicious. It’s pretty pricey for the portions, but the quality is amazing. They label themselves as a half restaurant and half winery, so their selection is limited but every dish is unique and full of flavor. It’s definitely a once in awhile kind of place for special occasions, and you could definitely leave wanting something more if you’re super hungry. But overall a nice place to get a bite and have a social outing!

We went here for a date night. There were quite a lot of people, but with ample seating there was no wait. We sat outside, lots of fans to keep the temp down. Our waitress was great and super friendly. Food was amazing, except for the risotto- it was watery (see photo), they could do it a lot better. The wine is very reasonably priced, a huge plus. Will be going back!

Arrived around 630 on Saturday night. No reservation but were seated quickly. Waiter, manager and owner all introduced themselves and offered a run down. Their wine prices are generally less than retail at HEB which is incredible and the selection was well crafted. Our waiter Luis was great. Food was also solid. Will be back.

Wonderful food great location! We love Italian food and the fact that this is located in the front of East Shore near the Children’s Museum and the Toasted Yolk. You can no longer park on the street but there is a lot of parking in the back. They have a great menu and an incredible wine list. The owners are local Woodlanders and are super friendly. On a lovely day there is patio seating which is nice. Photos are from the grand opening which was delightful evening.

Came here after a not so pleasant meal at the movie theater down the road. Our server Melky was amazing, he apologized on behalf of the other business even though he didn’t have to. We ended up getting some dessert and a couple drinks. The rest of the staff was very friendly and nice as well.

Had Brunch for Easter Sunday and this was by far our worse experience. They offered a prefixed menu that included pastries to start and a choice of 3 salads, 4 entrees and 4 desserts. Mimosa’s or Bellini’s. Our pastry basket took 20 minutes to make it to our table, the salads were nothing special but the entrees were a huge disappointment. The “blackened” shrimp was nothing more that grilled shrimp with Cajun seasoning sprinkled on top. The polenta was pasty and under seasoned. The seabass appeared to be Tilapia served over under cooked vegetables. 2 of the 4 desserts were sold out at our arrival time of 12:30 and were okay. Service was slow and inconsistent and had to ask for our half eaten dishes to be taken away as they would just sit on our table half eaten for 15 minutes or longer. A manager came over at the end and provided complimentary free desserts on our next visit. We have eaten at this location on 8 or more occasions and have always had a good experience with good food and excellent wine prices. Our bill for 5 people with a $42.00 bottle of wine was $370 without tip which was outrageous given the quality of the food and poor service. Our Easter Sunday experience will keep us from returning for quite some time if ever.

We had a large company dinner here and the staff was attentive and treated our group wonderfully. My wine glass was never empty and I think at one point, I had 3 in front of me after letting us try so much great wine. The food was delicious and we had a fun night. Would love to come back with a smaller group sometime to get a less chaotic experience – our group was rowdy and I’d love the chance to enjoy the experience at the restaurant a little closer.

Had a really great time with my husband in this restaurant. We came earlier than our reservation on a really busy night but we were able to be seated and accommodated. Noticed that the servers really worked well together to give you a great experience. We spoke with the owner and he was in no hurry at all. Seemed very friendly and approachable. It was our first time dinning here and we were not aware of the BYOB wine service. Will definitely be going back…with our own bottle – our new go to Italian spot.

Amazing across the board except those dang chairs are not comfortable. Food was delicious. Aranzini, meatballs, calamari, eggplant parm, bolognese and spaghetti and meatballs were outstanding. Desserts are a must try. The wine selection and prices are worth the trip! Celso and the manager provided amazing service.
