I ordered a large party platter and paid for it for pick up the following day. Came in today for my party order and they just neglected to do it and there was no apology or anything just we are slammed so we will give you a refund. This is the most irresponsible business practice I’ve ever seen. Now I’m left without a lunch platter that was promised for staff.

This is my second time coming into the store in the last month and half. Two was super busy arpund 1:15 pm. Everyone was trying their best. But there is one employee who both times you can tell did not wanna be there. She had a bad attitude. Especially today. She kept saying “this is stupid” everytime more people would walk. She kept rolling her eyes. And when it got way bussier, she left her station and left on her phone, maybw tp the restroom I’m not sure. But she look like she gave up on her team. She should not work there if she does not wanna be there. Very poor attitude.

It was my first time here and I was impressed with the customer service! They were really busy that day so there was a line but it kept moving. I ordered a hot pastrami and a meatball sub for my wife and they were delicious!! The macaroni salad was a bit too much on the ‘sweeter’ side but it was good. What I liked about the restaurant is that it was clean! The tables and the counters looked neat and clean despite the rush hour. I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered online for pickup. Food was ready exactly when it said it would be. I was also thrilled that my special instructions were followed.
