I ordered three sandwiches online. They were ready when I went to pick them up, I was early. I live 10 minutes from them but my heated sandwiches were cold. The bread on the sandwiches was falling apart and squished. My husband ordered a pastrami sandwich and it had so much Chewy fat in the meat he couldn’t eat it. I ordered a meatball, the flavor was good even though it was cold but the bread was falling apart and mushy. Don’t think I’ll go there anymore, spent 43$

I ordered two sandwiches I wanted the sandwiches didn’t have mayo or mustard or anything on it that I asked for. When I called, the lady was rude and argued with me my sandwich was so dry. So dissatisfied. People need to be more friendly at this place.

Ever since Rob took over, the quality of service and product has increased several times over. They do a good job of keeping everything stocked, even during bad weather or other supply chain shortages. I’d even go so far as to say they provide the best out of all the Port of subs in Carson.

Small overworked, $4 more for an XL over Reno, a generally more expensive area. The sandwiches had less on them than any other Port of Subs, I have been to. Though they do offer a Military discount.

I got a pastrami sandwich. Not surprising the owner portioned it. Almost no meat on the dang thing. Anyone who is a pastrami connoisseur knows pastrami sandwiches are known for a lot of meat. 5 maybe 6 slices of tiny strip of pastrami= 1 slice pastrami at the grocery store if that. A pastrami sandwich (which has only one meat) that is $10 should have AT LEAST a average amount of meat. This sandwich had almost no meat. Then it was nuked too long (then held over the garbage can to drain.. gag) which made it extremely chewy in parts. Had to pull some out of my mouth because i thought plastic had fallen in my sandwich. I won’t be back. I heard him say he is opening a new store. Guess skimping customers DOES pay. Shameful.

I had a issue and I spoke to the person there… they were understanding patient and listened to every word I said. They fixed it and made sure it was 100% satisfactory. Please understand as I myself am guilty of this to know that they too are trying to make it through the hard times. We are so used to before covid we forget they are sometimes short staffed or can’t get items. Remember to respect workers as they struggle to make sure their customers are 100% happy. This restaurant is always clean and everytime I come up to a employee no matter how bad their day is they always smile. Thanks guys.

First the man in the drive through didn’t even ask the appropriate questions. I ordered a medium #2 on white, just for him to ask me what bread I wanted. even though I had already said. Didn’t ask about mayo, mustard, veggies or shakers. My sandwich came out wrong. My husbands had things on it he specifically asked not to be on it. We sat in the drive through waiting for someone to come back to the window which both the man and the older woman who were in there purposely avoided. I had to drive around the front to get any help. Which again both them avoided. The woman eventually told me she would be right with me, I waited another 5 minutes for her to come over. The only person who was actually busy was a young girl who wasn’t even part of the situation working alone. Came home and both sandwiches were terrible! This used to be the store I would go to. You definitely won’t have me as a customer any longer! Waste of money and time. Plus now I still have to get something to eat since I wouldn’t even feed my dogs this garbage!

Quick little sandwich shop right next to the high school. If it’s close to lunch time for the high school or the end of the day I would stay clear of this restaurant. They’re very good at making quick sandwiches never really had an issue we visit this establishment once a month.
