Probably the most dry flavorless sandwich. Also they give you minimal fixings and you’re really just eating bread. Sour dough tastes like white bread. I had macaroni salad. It was good, taste like the one you buy from the store. An odd thing was they left my food behind a counter and I had to reach around and ask if that’s mine and they said yes. I would say go to subway or jimmy johns rather than this place.

Had a great experience with the Friday staff they were quick communicated well with us and they were all smiling and laughing and were having a good time. Everyone was friendly and in good moods.

I’ve been a customer at this location for almost 4 years. About 5 visits ago the sandwich was noticeably smaller with less meat and toppings. Not a big deal , everybody misses the mark every now & then. But after giving the business a 2nd , 3rd & 4th chance , I’m done. I’ll try other locations.

A disappointing sub sandwich from this location. The meat and cheese were paper thin, the tomato was cut very thin too I can’t call it a sub sandwich as it was primarily bread with a little lettuce peeking out. It had no taste. I would go to another location.

Recently moved to Reno so trying port of sub for first time, ambience is good and very clean, staff treated me very well.. I was found of Subway but after trying Port of sub I think I’m not going back to sub way, probably these guys are the best with making fresh sandwiches. Jordan was my server, she is one sweet girl and I believe there was one lady named sandy was behind have really good communication skills. Overall I was there for 10-12 minutes, experience was really good.

In giving a 2 star cause I ordered subs and paid for a item and had it delivered through uber or one of them delivering services they forgot guacamole 2x now it isn’t free but I wish when I order instead of having to come in the restaurant that they reimburse me or remember to put this on my orders.

The south meadows location is one of the worst ones. I usually like these subs but the kids that made ours barely put any lettuce or shakers on it. We had to ask for more and they acted like we were making them work more. I’ll be going to the one in Galena for now on. They are consistently good.

I love your subs but a nice greeting goes a long way! I walked in, 4 employees behind the counter in some fashion. One cleaning the slicer, the owner/manager checking the premises, one took a break and the fourth putting bread in bags. No one spoke to me until I mentioned what I wanted and with whom I should place my order. Second time this has happened, perhaps I won’t be back.
