The service is incredible, I always get greeted when I walk in and everyone is so nice. The veggies and cheese are always fresh. I get the #6 every time and I go in and it is always delicious. I always go to the port of subs off Kietzke but this one time I went to this shop and I will not make that mistake again my order was placed on line so it clearly lays out what you want on your sandwich so I pick it up and not only was it all made wrong but there was mold on the bread the pickles and lettuce had black and brown spots on it had to threw that sandwich’s away I love port of subs but this location disappointed me and the woman I picked my sandwiches up from was extremely rude I will not be returning and will be taking a brake from port of subs for a long time after this the only reason I give it a 2 star review is because the man I spoke to on the phone gave me a full refund and was very nice and I apologize to him because I might have been a bit cross but on the other hand my sandwich had mold so I had good reason

I eat a lot of sandwiches at many different places in Reno and the service at Port of Subs in Smithridge Center is hands down the best. The owners are friendly and the staff is so quick that there is rarely a lunchtime crowd. I’m always in and out with a tasty sandwich in no time!

I like port of subs in general, to me they’re fresher and better than their competitors, but THIS port of subs is my favorite. Their employees are quick and polite, and it’s probably the cleanest and most well maintained in Reno. If you have to pick a location, pick this one!

Convenient and pricey. That’s how I would describe this Port of Subs in two words. I like the big open space inside and it looks clean when I come in, but I have to say sometimes it takes a while for an employee to acknowledge you. Furthermore, they hand off your order to another person – and they keep asking you what you wanted. Their selection of vegetables is small – not like Subway. I did enjoy the sandwich but a medium is only about 6 inches. Plus the price is way too much for that size. I recommend coming here if you don’t feel like driving somewhere else and paying more.
