I love port of subs…. But I am sick if the employees getting my sandwich wrong. My son went in today to get my sandwich. How hard is it to turn down the music so you can here the customer?? I know it’s not my son’s fault cause I get the same order every time. Maybe some more employment training is needed on customer service.

My first time in there and the last time i walked up to the counter the lady seen me and my son looked at us she rolled her eyes and said shesh. She grabbed the foil or whatever they put the sandwich on like she was mad. I told my son lets go. Went across the Street where the service was friendly. Will not be going back

I asked for a zesty Buffalo chicken melt. I watched the employee take the hot and BBQ sauces mixup some chicken separately and so I said I just wanted Buffalo chicken. He ignored me and proceeded to tell me the BBQ sauce was the zesty in my sandwich before putting both on my sandwich. He put it on the grill but pushed down on the handle and I got a squished BBQ and Buffalo Sandwich. I am not coming back again. I should have just walked out after the guy took it off the grill because it looked more like a sandwich thrown together at 2am while drunk. It was an awful experience.

We ate here yesterday afternoon and the sandwich was sub par, the employees seemed to not have a clue what they were doing or supposed to be doing. my sandwich was poorly wrapped, the paper was open in two spots and when I pulled it out of the bag half my sub fell on my floor. The other half had sauce all over the place, she just piled the meat on it instead of spreading it neatly like most places do. It was terrible I took three bites and threw it out.

Pains me to write this because I love port of subs and the staff are great at this location. The problem is very poor air conditioning, creating an unsanitary environment, as flies freely land on the cutting board. This is literally the only port of subs I will not go to.

90% of the time the staff is quick and accurate with the orders. The other 10% are usually new personnel who you just have to have a little patience with. The food is pretty quality and tasty!
