Classic failure as closing time approaches. If your staff is going to shut down the restaurant at 830, then close at 8. We arrived to 3 people, all having cleaned the entire place to close at 8:33pm. 9pm is closing. We got two sandwiches, not toasted because they’d already cleaned that. I’ll say the place was clean, but more classoc worthless service from Centennial area food establishments. We used to go to Summerlin PortoSubs and never had this issue. So, we went home and had to cook our food.

Been here dozens of times. Love it. Went in today, asked why the online ordering was shut down, was told they were short-staffed. Okay, understandable. Told them I had a coupon sent to me that could only be used through the App/online, asked if they would honor it; was told “No”.

My wife and I only come to this location. The standards here are set high by the Owner and Manager. Have you seen the way the Manager makes her sandwiches?! My wife gets the Veggie, ONLY if Tina is making her sandwich. I came this morning to get the #17 and #6. I was so excited when I saw it was her making our food! She is an utter perfectionist. I never am one to review…but I’m in COMPLETE shock every time I see how amazing my food looks and I have to say something! Aside from the great food, the staff is ALWAYS friendly. This is the cleanest Port of Subs I’ve been to in Vegas. Bravo!!!

Tried Port of Subs for the first time in a very long time and did a side by side comparison to a place named after a state. It beat Mike’s on a few levels, taste and value were hands down the why it won. The #1 sub was delicious and the employees were very friendly. They were also cleaning while we were there which was great to see. I want to join the loyalty program as I’ll definitely be back so next time I’m going to ask for a card to register as that’s the only way to join from what I found out online
