Never tried Port of Subs before, thought I’d give it a whirl since they seem to have a decent looking vegetarian sandwich. Went in. Stood for a couple minutes, and to this moment I’m still not sure anybody was actually working there. Except for the music playing in the back, there were no signs of life. After receiving no acknowledgement of my presence in the veritable ghost-town of a restaurant, I left. I guess I’ll go back to Jimmy John’s.

Really slow service and service guy thought he was a comedian. Understsnd your customer and recognise the lack of interaction clearly demonstrates that we were not impressed with your performance. We were there for food, not for you to practice your night time gig on. Food was okay but 15mins for a sub is way too long. If you are going to copy a business model, at the very least be just as good, or better.

Other than the delicious sandwich me and the kids had today, what stood out the most during this visit was the outstanding customer service. The young man who made our sandwiches was super nice and paid attention to detail when putting together our meal. The dining area and restroom were clean and tidy. A great experience for our first time at this location
