If you find yourself in Kauai do yourself a solid and hit up Porky’s. It’s hands down the best meal in Kauai…seriously! The food is unreal, price is right and the atmosphere and service are unbeatable. We loved it so much we bought a t-shirt!

We loved Porky’s at the original food truck location several years ago when we visited Kauai. We were thrilled to discover that they opened a new location in Koloa. We were the last customers to visit right before they closed on a somewhat rainy Monday night, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more enthusiastic! I love grilled cheese sandwiches, and the one I had at Porky’s was the best I’ve ever had, with its pulled pork, pineapple and sweet BBQ sauce. The Koloa location is in a beautiful new set of shops across the street from Old Koloa Town. At the time of our visit, the shops weren’t even pictured on Google maps and Google maps actually gave us the wrong directions. The correct location is on the east side of Weliweli Rd and south of Koloa Rd!

Fantastic food. The dogs are in our opinion better than Puka Dog! Yes, I said it! There are pork and beef dogs. Which are great. But at this place, they load up with Kailua pork — fabulous. They have pork plates as well. Best part? The service. Friendly. Explain everything so well. Even told us to skip the extra side of rice since the plate came with plenty already. Classy attention to the customer.

It had been a few years since I was on Kauai, and I was a little apprehensive when I found out that they moved from the truck. But, the food is still great and it is a very nice location in Koloa. I was a little Sad that they no longer offer bacon, but I guess that makes for a more health-conscious dog…lol

Amazing food! Love the number 1. Everything is great, can’t go wrong with any of it. The kids option to have a simpler hotdog is great for the younger kids.

My family came here for lunch the other day and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and upbeat. The restaurant was very clean and had plenty of seating. The food tasted great and had really good proportions for the price. If you are in Kauai, then this is definitely a stop you need to make.

Definitely don’t miss stopping by Porky’s in Koloa! I had the grilled cheese with Kolja pork and it was fantastic. Best meal I’ve had since arriving in Kauai! Will stop by again before heading home.

This was a great stop for a quick bite. It took a bit to get the food but it’s made to order, so understandable! I had a number 1 which was surprisingly not super messy but super good. Everything includes a side of Mac salad or chips and a canned soda for $18 which seemed reasonable! Plenty of seating, highly recommend!

Excellent pulled pork and cheese toasted buns. We liked Porky’s at the original location and the new building is nice and clean. Owner is a great guy, good luck!

When on Kaua’i you must add to your “must eat at place” Porky’s!!! I anxiously awaited for the opening of their new location at Koloa Village, and the week they opened I showed up twice. my favorite thing on their menu to order is the GRILLED CHEESE baby!! I’m lactose intolerant but I’ll find any reason to have this treat. Add their sweet and spicy sauce, and it’s the bomb in my mouth of deliciousness followed with foodgasms!! it’s seriously delicious. Don’t you dare leave paradise without stopping at either Waimea or Koloa Village locations!!
