Porkbusters hit a home run in catering our daughter’s post-wedding BBQ for 120+ people in Saranac Lake. Mike was super flexible with my multiple changes (the party kept growing!) and handled changes quickly, answering texts or emails sometimes within minutes. The delivery staff was on-time and courteous. Our guest’s are still commenting on the beef brisket! All sides (potato salad, cole slaw, beans and Mac and cheese) were DELICIOUS! Cornbread a hit with everyone. If you have a catering need, these guys/gals won’t disappoint.

Good food, good prices, at a nice waterfront park – no complaints! I ordered the “Little Tupper” from the “All Thrown Together” section of the menu, consisting of carolina pulled pork, mac & cheese, pulled pork beans, cole slaw, and chopped red onion. I’m from Rochester, NY, home of the “garbage plate.” (If you dont know, look it up) The Little Tupper reminded me very much of that, but in awesome barbecue form. Very filling and tasty. Service was friendly and prompt. The food was ready almost as soon as I was finished paying. I recommend to anyone in the area or passing through in the mood for BBQ.

My husband and I just had PorkBusters at our wedding on 6/10/23. Not only was Mike responsive and personable the whole entire time that we were in communication, he was flexible with our schedules and quickly made adjustments when needed during his busy work day as well. The atmosphere that they present even on the phone is so comforting and stress free especially when deciding on what caterer to have at your wedding. I did not worry one second about our food when working with PorkBusters for our wedding. Chef Hank was down to earth, hard working during our reception and all around respectful and friendly to every guest. I would absolutely recommend not only their delicious food, but their service as people and chefs. From growing up in the south finding real BBQ and cornbread is hard to come by now being in New York and this hands down is the best I have had. Thank you PorkBusters for the amazing food, service and friendliness. Wouldn’t trade our wedding day with you for anything else! Go eat PorkBusters now!

We used Pork busters catering for a graduation party in Potsdam NY. We had 250+ people and I cannot tell you how many compliments we got on the food. Service by Chef Hank was seamless. Mike in the office could not have been more helpful or easy to work with. Service was seamless and the honey corn bread was to die for! Repairing God’s Temple
We shared the Porkbusters Mac & Cheese and a Basic Brisket sandwich. Portions were generous and both were outstanding! We would be in trouble if this were available regularly in our hometown. We supped at the Rotary pavilion overlooking the lake and passed a beautiful evening!

We had Porkbuster’s BBQ catered at our wedding, and everything was absolutely fantastic. The catering service was top notch. It was professional, and they really went above and beyond for us to make sure everything was perfect. The food is unbelievably good. We had two kinds of pulled pork, brisket, chicken, mac & cheese, coleslaw, and cornbread. One huge bonus for us is that they were able to make everything on our menu gluten free to accommodate many of our guests.

PorkBusters catered our wedding and it was FABULOUS!! The food was incredible – our guests couldn’t say enough about how much they loved ALL of the food! Everything was sooo tasty! We had the Kansas City and North Carolina pulled pork with sides of delicious homemade sauces, mac ‘n cheese, pulled pork beans, salt potatoes, and coleslaw … all were beyond amazing. Mike, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. He is easy to communicate with and very responsive. Mike is accommodating and willing to work with you to make your event perfect. Chef Hank prepared the amazing meal and stayed on-site to cater the event. He was wonderful – so professional and a joy to interact with. I highly recommend PorkBusters for any catering needs, as well as their food truck. Totally fantastic experience and delicious food!!
