This place is around a 4 rating for me, but I rounded up because they are one of the few places I found in Sisters that offers Coca Cola products. The brisket and ribs were awesome and I would definitely go again to have those. But I would choose different sides from the beans and slaw, and a different dipping sauce than tangy. I wish they had served mac and cheese. Will be back

Visiting Sisters for the weekend. Planned dinner at The Barn because of the food cart selection. Definitely had a great food experience at Pops BBQ. Brisket and the chicken were seasoned and smoked perfectly!

Our meal was inedible. Wings were so salty they were literally not edible. Grits were soggy. Mostly water. Coleslaw was literally green. I mean it. I’m not sure what happened but absolute waste of money. Disappointed to say the least. Had pops years ago and enjoyed it. Had to order pizza bc our meal was THAT BAD.

Great food quart area. Outdoor seating and fire pit are available. Pop’s southern bbq’s chicken is the best BBQ chicken that I’ve ever had. It’s very flavorful. Brisket is great too.

Finally a good Texas barbecue joint in Central Oregon. I woke up this morning craving brisket and Googled best places to eat and found this amazing food cart…. Super friendly staff, who were patient while I chose what I wanted. Amazing brisket smoked perfectly…. Delicious ribs, phenomenal baked beans and an unusual coleslaw that was spicy…. I think I found my new weekend place!
