Just passing through and had an amazing experience! First, such a cool spot! Decor is really nice and it’s super clean. Service was awesome; super friendly. Pretty extensive menu too. I had BLT on sourdough, really yummy, fries were exceptional Husband had the tortilla soup, hands down best I have ever had! Flavors were great, chock full of chicken, a meal in itself! The cocktail list looked awesome too.

Pop’s is great! After having been here a couple of times, I can definitely say that the food is consistently great. They have a great selection of signature drinks to try out while also having yummy food. I personally really enjoy the garlic burger, and we’ve also tried the baked potato soup which is really good. The pan dulce bread pudding is so delicious, and caps off the great meal. Also, the service has been phenomenal, especially from Carlos who was on point in every aspect during our last visit. This place is definitely worth a try!

So happy to see this place come to Gilroy, amazing food and great atmosphere. The staff was on point, they only have been open a few weeks but the level of service was exceptional. Huge gourmet burgers, short rib was amazing and it came with a tamale, which was delicious. They also have Promised Land Brewing company on tap so it’s great to see them pouring local craft beer. Also great craft cocktails at good prices.

On our Kid’s Birthday it’s a family tradition they get doughnuts for breakfast and choose where we eat for dinner. Westlyn chose Pops Public House! Thank you to Katie Perales and staff for making our dinner so great. The food is delicious and the environment was perfect!!

Awsome food, great service and very friendly staff! If you are in the area, this is a great place to hang out and work your way through the menu. We tried a variety of items and loved all of them. You have to try the cornbread on the roasted chicken plate for example! The batter on the calamari, along with the battered sliced jalepeno, shrimp tacos, corn beef Ruben, roasted chicken plate were great to say the least. Cannot wait to go back and try some other items.

This was needed in Gilroy, okay drinks are all so unique and so good. Their fried calamari with pieces of sliced fried jalapeños delicious, must also try the fried pickle spears so good. Everyone in our group loved their food, fish and chips delicious. Lease favorite dish was the crunchy shell shrimp taco, it only had 2 shrimp and just wished it was chopped shrimp in another way. Service was amazing and quick would definitely go back.

Do not miss out on this amazing breakfast!!! We ordered the chillaquiles and lemon cream waffles…to die for! Service was exceptional and they have a mimosa bar the value for what delicious food you get is a steal.
