I just got a Natalie’s Dessert and it wasn’t good. A Carmel cake is supposed to be light and fluffy and hers is heavy and thick like they use cheap ingredients. Some things you can’t cut costs on.

Everytime I’m in the Lou I have to go to the East side for this Pops. It always has the same taste and outstanding service. Everything is made fresh so when I make it back to the hotel it’s still hot and oh so good! The staff is friendly and accommodating. I’m a fan definitely!

I had the catfish nuggets and the only thing I tasted was crust. They chopped them very small so it was just fried crust. Very disappointed. The workers inside were nice but the food was blah. The sodas were the cheapest brand they could find literally. Sugarless soda…..yuck
