Always on the lookout for a new place to eat, seeing this place being renovated brought some excitement. This morning we had the time to sit and enjoy a meal so we chose to come here. They did not disappoint, from the friendly owners, staff and decor, it was a win in my book. The colors certainly work well with the decor, and it didn’t feel overly bright nor dim, and dark. The menu has a wide variety of drinks and meals to choose from, all reasonably priced. I chose the Farmhouse House bowl, which had shredded short ribs, onions, hash browns, and 2 eggs. I chose to have over easy eggs, and it was so good! It was a perfect amount of food for my liking, not left feeling overstuffed, and I’m definitely not hungry for more. Their coffee is not your typical diner style coffee, I found it to be rich and flavorful. My wife had the Monte Cristo sandwich, and it looked amazing. It tasted as good as it looked! We definitely want to go back for lunch one day and rumor inside the restaurant is they may experiment with a limited dinner menu in the near future! I’d suggest joining their mailing list or facebook page to see whats new. The only thing they didn’t have was a specials menu, but thats just me wanting to see a chef’s personal creations.

Pop’s Corner is my new favorite restaurant in Point Pleasant. We initially started going for their great coffee and breakfast selections, but their lunch offerings are some of the best I’ve ever had. My wife and I split the Buffalo chicken wrap and the steak sandwich. In a word – WOW! I’ll be dreaming of this lunch until I return (which will be very soon).

Such a nice place. Fried chicken sandwich was juicy and crispy with hand-cut fries that were delicious. Staff was kind and attentive. I saw a lot of well-portioned breakfast plates being walked to tables and I can’t wait to come back for breakfast.

This restaurant reminds me of what GREAT family restaurants used to be: the food is prepared like it is being served to the restaurant owner’s own family. The food is delicious and the entrees offer a broad variety of different recipes. I love the vibe and the atmosphere at Pop’s Corner. The servers are friendly and attentive. We wanted to hang out even after we were done eating. This place definitely gets “2 thumbs up.” We will be going back to Pop’s for sure!!!!

We stopped here for some breakfast on our way home from Seaside. Highly recommend!! We had been to this location when it was a Diner & the upgrades that have been done are out of this world! Pop’s Corner is decorated beautifully! Awesome, friendly atmosphere for all ages. The staff was beyond friendly. The food was delish! We enjoyed the Bacon Steak so much that we took another one to go!! The Kids chocolate chip Waffles we amazing and the fruit bowl was filled with a great assortment of fresh fruits. We also had the 3 egg omelet, pancakes & Pops Pork Roll. All were amazing. The wait was minimal and the food came out piping hot!! This place is a must try! We will for sure be going back soon.
