Don’t get me wrong I love me some Popeye’s but this new location is not where it’s at. I ordered the bacon and cheese combo and got not even one piece of bacon on this huge sandwich broken in half. Looks nothing like the picture with all the bacon. I showed the girl and she kept coming up with excuses on why it’s supposed to be like that. It literally is on one bite of the sandwich, maybe two. On top of that there are so many flies in the dining room, so many.

Went there this evening for dinner we went through the drive through ordered $33.00 worth and the two piece dinner the thighs were so small and I ordered mash potato and she gave me red bean rice honestly Kentucky fried chicken pieces are twice the size of what I got. The koolade pack is bigger. The other photo is without the skin this is crazy.

The 3 stars are because the chicken sandwhich is on point. I will always recommend them for the chicken sandwiches they are one of if not my favorite. But the fries I would say save yourself a few dollars and go to McDonald’s you can get a large there for cheaper then a regular and popeyes. I paid $5 for regular fries and it is the size of a McDonald’s small package wasn’t even filled up I think I counted 23 fries that were also cold and not crispy.

I was at this Popeyes midday on Sunday. I expected to find it busy either in the drive-thru or indoors but it wasn’t. I ordered a basic three-piece meal and was entirely underwhelmed by the value. To their credit, the coleslaw was good and tasted very fresh. I’m going to try Popeyes again and hope for more favorable results.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. 2nd time going here and they have messed up my order both times. They made us wait 10 minutes for chicken nugget then forgot a whole meal we ordered. When I went inside to tell them. They argued with each other about who forgot it then accused me if lying. I showed them the bag and they were not apologetic nor offered any compensation. I told them they didn’t ring up my fries I asked for so I paid for them. Manager was yelling at an employee telling him to go away. I told them over and over I never got my soda no one got it. I finally just left. Never ever going back. It was horrible.

They’re always out of their ghost pepper wings (I’ve tried ordering them five times)—update your menu! And the wait here… my lort. I’ve been to a lot of different Popeyes locations and this one is up there with the worst. I’ve given them five too many tries because as others have mentioned, their sandwiches still slap. Everything else is mediocre at best and the service is terrible. Go elsewhere to spend your hard-earned money.

Ordered for my wife and I and only got my wife’s order! Waited then went to ask about mine, she thought someone else made mine????? Then I had ordered a breast and a wing! She didn’t even know the difference between a breast and a thigh! I got a thigh! Very very disappointed and will not visit this Popeyes again?

First off, they couldn’t get my order right at the speaker, had to repeat it 5+ times, next up, they were out of dang near everything, coke, Dr Pepper, max and cheese, potatoes, and so on, even though a truck was there just a few hours prior. Next I get to the window after getting what they actually had available, and they ring me up for the wrong order (I was the first car in line it should t be that hard) after that’s all sorted out and they charge me, refund me, and charge me the right amount. I got home to find I only had one of two biscuits, the shrimp was tough, and chewy. The fries were mushy, and cold (we live a half mile away exactly), my wife’s chicken had spots so hard she couldn’t chew it, and her fries were tossed into a bag, with a random fry wrapper on top of them, and a spork in the bag randomly. We decided to give Popeyes one last chance after getting sick twice at the Meridian one, and assumed the new one would be better. Guess we were wrong, will not return. Highly disappointed
