Such a waste of money – we asked for extra sauce and they basically put the whole bottle on the sandwich and made it inedible. The Mac and cheese seemed like it was made around 9am and still being served around 7pm. I know this is a fast food place but even McDonald’s does a better job at serving hot and edible food.

Why order a family meal 12 piece meal when six of the pieces are wings? What a waste of money. Also it was warm not hot. Like the chicken wasn’t fresh just under a warmer for a long time. The Mac and cheese was greasy. The fries were meh. Hopefully there other menu items are better because this was disappointing. Way over priced.

Ordered mobile for dine-in. They made it for the time I asked it for! Spicy chicken sandwich was delicious: juicy fresh chicken, fresh bread, excellent amount of sauce. The tenders were also perfectly cooked! It was empty for a Friday evening and everything was so hot and fresh! Top 5 best Popeyes experience ever and there are so many bad ones.

Really rude service. Basically the most ridiculous one I’ve seen in my life. We ordered food at 8:30 p.m. Wait till 9 still can’t get my 4 pc wings ready(That was all I ordered). Asked them then they just started preparing. We want dine in and they say lobby closed. Rushing us out. We literally sitting there starving for 30min. What a terrible service. What is your logic? You said lobby close at 9 but no one see it anywhere from Google. You said it is not your responsibility. Then what kind of responsibility you’ll take? Did you customers take those??? Or the 4 pc wings sitting at backroom for 30min?

I just wasted $9.78 on a disappointing Popeye order and I had to drive from Bellingham to Lynden to do it. I ordered a 3 piece crispy spicy wing dinner. The chicken wasnt crispy so dry and tough the size of a twisty bird and not even hot. The biscuit small and cold. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good but the carton was less then half full and an open hole in center so even less.

I went through the drive through and ordered the shrimp tackle box dinner and a classic flounder fish sandwich. Both the shrimp and the fish sandwich was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. I went back and talked to the manager and he said he couldn’t do anything. No refund or replace with something else.
