Chicken was not as warm as i would like it to have been . Redbeans where not really there. More rice than anything else and cold ! Not happy i really wanted some good Louisiana style beans. With my chicken.

I really hate to leave a bad review and I must. To start when coming by the pay window the gentlemen was covered in food all over his uniform. They were out of Red Beans and Rice and Benquettes. Then I had to pull up to the parking lot and wait. I ordered tenders they were ok, I could only stomach half the hard dried out biscuit. I spit out the coleslaw having tried it even though my gut told me not to. The Mac and cheese was almost edible except that the top layer of cheese was burnt and the noodles were slathered in grease, also spit out. The French fries were old and cold. I am now currently pulled over puking my brains out an hour and a half post consumption. Not a good place to go.

I just waited in the parking lot 24 mins for wings they said would be done in 8. My husband went in and the manager who took our order in the drive though had forgotten about us. They are lucky my super nice husband went in to get our order or I would have demanded a refund.

We have lived in Forest Grove for over a year now. We have given this Popeyes a chance to do right about every other month since we have lived here. To this point we have yet to receive an order that is correct. This location has not been able to provide a single “white meat” item in over a year. I don’t think they even order white meat at this point. This is so consistent that my wife and I ask if they have white meat available before we order. We have been lied to the last 4 times we have gone to this location. Today I asked the white meat question, as usual. The employee said they only have white meat in the spicy variety. I ordered a spicy two piece platter with a breast and wing specifically and they proceeded to move forward with the transaction. Upon getting home my wife opened the box to find a thigh and a leg that wasn’t even spicy. The exact opposite of what was ordered. This is at least the eighth time in a row that our order was wrong. We have never had a correct order come out of this place. It is completely ridiculous. Can’t wait until they shut it down for bad performance and we get a Chipotle or something else. Will only go here when my wife tells me to give it another shot. Hopefully this was the last time. Called to complain and they answered the phone and breathed into the mic but would not say a word. Terrible customer service.

Well after 5 minutes at the speaker without response, pulled up to window. Took my order and asked to pull around, sat out front for over 15 minutes and pulled back through the drive-through. Was given my food and got it home. All the while they had maybe two other people pull through the drive-through so not busy at all. Just got home and my chicken sandwich is raw. Nearly threw it up after realizing half way into it and hope I don’t get sick now. Will not be coming back to this location ever again.

I have to say the negative reviews I get it. I went today and have to say. This is possibly the best visit I’ve had ever at Popeyes. Quick n easy. Normally it’s extremely greasy and the fries are cold etc. I have to say the chicken was so good and not dry at all! All the food especially the fries were hot. Seasoning wasn’t lacking I was impressed lol usually my boyfriend is the Popeyes fanatic but I will be going back to this location more often. I hope they keep up the good work and hope they get more business in the near future.

The food was good and delivered in an average amount of time. Neither fast nor slow. This was while indoors however their drive thru seemed weirdly slow. Like several minutes kind of slow. Also I’m a bit miffed as to the fact that they charge for each sauce packet. Like I understand after 2 but you don’t even offer one for free? This place is kinda overpriced but the food’s pretty good, though I prefer Chick-fil-A.

Waited about 30 minutes for a 10 piece meal, the shift lead was being very polite and apologetic. There was an employee that put his hair up in s ponytail behind the counter and I watched him proceed to make a sandwich for another customer, without washing his hands. I brought it to the attention of a worker and she told him what I said and then they laughed at the situation. Pretty gross

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this is the third time this location has messed up my order (3/4 visits). Today they made we park out front and wait for biscuits which was fine, but then they completely forgot my chicken tenders. They also didn’t have enough spicy chicken to complete my order so I settled for Hal/half. Well I didn’t get any spicy chicken. You spend $60 on an order and have to park you’d think the order would be right.

Popeyes consistently makes the best chicken sandwich on the planet. The breading is light and airy, not soaked with grease like other fast food restaurants. The spicy sauce is just right with a mild fire that can light you up if you get too much. I like too much, so I order extra.
