The drive trough was excellent very friendly very welcoming. I parked in the front of the store 5 minutes later a very professional young man isaac came out with our meal and made sure we had everything before we headed out I will be back here more often. just awesome Popeyes Waipahu never got service like this from kalihi location so friendly and nice thank you very much

Mac and cheese. Really? They give more ranch then Mac and cheese. Portion is 3 bites. So about $1 a bite. Tiny cup half full, save your money order Mac and cheese from CPK I stead. ( kids size)

Wife and I stood in line for 45 minutes to try the chicken sandwich, we got both the spicy and original chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches themselves were tasty, and good. We ate at the Waipahu Popeye’s. Though it was tasty, the location was too slow and the sandwich @ $6.00 is too pricey. I didnt get full at all from the sandwich and getting 2 for $12 to try and fill me up is too much to pay. In addition, the chicken I believe is massely done so it wasn’t luke warm to eat. Workers up front seemed just too tired as they explained that all day the line never stops at this location. Would I buy it again unsure if i would wait again in a fast food line for 45min+.

The wait for food is so long! This is the second time i had to wait about 30 minutes for my meal. The first time i thought maybe because it was later in the day. But here at 12pm with not even a long line and it still takes FOREVER. Dont waste ur time

They are the only ones that I know of that Brine the chicken, and the seasonings in their breading make this the best chicken chain. Ghost pepper wings are my new midnight snack. Fridge to 375 degree oven on cookie sheet for 12 minutes.

We were able to dine in for dinner at the Waipahu location for the first time since COVID started. Mildred provided great customer service at the counter with a huge smile and even brought the last item of our order to the table when it was ready about 15 minutes later. The tables were clean and the staff provided excellent service all around. The Happy Hour $1 special for regular side orders was a nice surprise.

I love that I could smell the chicken from the road most of the times, I’ve been coming to this Popeyes a lot and the Chicken is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! One problem, lunch and dinner might be busy as the drive thru and inside really it’s a long line. Try coming when they open, or afternoon!

40 mins for a 12 piece and talked to Sharon who was absolutely no help when It came to my order paid extra for more breasts.. I was told 15 mins on the order when 25 mins came around was told by Sharon that they didn’t drop enough chicken and it would be another 15 mins.
