The chicken was SUPER greasy, the biscuits tasted like they had freezer burn and were kept in the refrigerator. The apple pie was OK at the first bite, but as I continued to eat it, it tasted watery and slimy. I will not be eating here again. I’m giving it two stars because the guy at the window was very friendly and gave great service. No more Popeyes for me!!!

I’ve eaten at Popeyes many times and know how their chicken is supposed to taste. I went though the drive-through and got a box of chicken and two chicken sandwiches – all spicy. When I got home (45 min away), we found that all of the chicken had been completely doused in cayenne. I’m not talking about a little too hot. It was inedible. The picture is the chicken with the breading removed. This is the third time food was messed up. I contacted corporate on their website. They do not care. They leave it up to individual restaurants to set their “refund policy”, which in this case meant completely ignore customer.

The First RULE
Went there with my child and they got both our orders wrong. I asked if they had Coke Zero the guy said yes – and served me a Diet Coke (what if I was diabetic! ) we ate there and watched as more customers came back to the cashier becuase they got orders wrong. None of the tables had been wiped annd were sticky (can only imagine what the kitchen looks like ) I’ve eaten at many Popeyes and this is the absolute worse fast food place you can go to. Will never go to this Popeyes again
