The franchise owner needs to be contacted immediately. This location at night serves very old food and expect you to pay full price. The female Hispanic manager that works day shift is very rude always has her phone in back pocket while on it and serving food without washing hands. Prices are too high to serve old food. The chicken fries busicut has a old smell. I’m tried of contacting support for same issues. The health and safety department should pay this place a visit.

This place is horrible. My mobile order was late. I got there 35 minutes later and the order was still not ready. The young cook with curly hair on top and low cut on the side came from the back looked and me and said “Gordo” which means fat in Spanish to a female worker there and walked back. The place is a horrible mess with trash and food all around the floor. Would highly not recommend. As the food does not taste right as well either it is over cooked or still raw. Would give zero stars if possible… not going back.

One of the worst-case scenarios ever. We had a mobile order that took over 30 minutes while we waited in the store. Everyone else got their order 1st. We had very good behavior and minded our manners. I’ve been a worker in fast food. Papa John’s. Taco Bell. I appreciate their hard work. No manager bothered to comfort us. Instead they ignored us while we patiently waited. NOT GOOD. I was about to speak Spanish cause I thought maybe they wanted to discriminate against us. I held my tongue

When we got our meal they didnt provide sauces or seasoning OF any type we asked for some but they said IT cost 25 cent for One sauce or seasoning It was Just a horrible experience. I do not reccomend going there.

Well after we ordered and we sat down like maybe about a minute or so. They called us up and told us our food was ready. So of course you know we going to do the usual check and make sure that our food is correct. It was correct on point and we was out. We ordered the 12-piece chicken mixed macaroni and cheese on point like that old school mac and cheese. Order some biscuits and that was it.

I’m really upset about my last experience here. I bit into my hot apple pie and started chewing, it was good. Took another bite and was unable to disconnect the piece from the base piece. I realized I had bitten into paper of some sort. My dad bought the food and was not able to take the pie back to show the manager. I didn’t need to pie anyway because I went hiking that day and the pie offset my workout. The best part was the piping hot fresh chicken…yum. I wish this never happened but someone didn’t take their job serious that day.
