Like most say, wings I got was dry and looked and tasted old. I have heard of good things about Popeye, but coworker now said it was long time ago. Staff at this place was not particularly bad, but all the staff I experienced from other locations have exactly same I don’t care attitude. When I ask which sauce shall I get, I typically was answered I’ve never tasted it. Unlikely to go back to any Popeye for me at least for a while.

Not happy with my order. Have been eating at Popeyes for years and have never had such a poor experience. Food was cold. Could not even eat. Chicken tenders were not fresh and mostly crunchy pieces. Mac n cheese tasted old and had hard pieces of cheese at the bottom of the container. Mashed potatoes tasted dirty and had an odd odor. Food is expensive and at the price asked, I expected a good and hot meal, but got a sad excuse for a chicken dinner. Never going back to this location again. Very disappointed.

It’s one of the very few Popeye’s without bullet proof glass installed, so that’s a plus. Clean dining area and friendly enough staff.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes to order. Worker apologized for wait and said 3 minutes to receive 4 chicken sandwiches for my kids and I. After 15 minutes I went back to counter and worker said coming out now. 5 minutes later got our food. Could understand if they were busy but we were only ones in “restaurant” and only 4 drive through customers the whole time. Food was just average. Won’t be back.

I don’t know what’s going on with this particular location. I rarely give bad reviews. The first time, it was old cold fries, and today it’s spoiled rotten cole slaw. Food industry involve HUMANS! Not just profit and inventory reduction. So irritating. Get it right!

I ordered a 12 peice meal which comes with 2 larger side. The sides were only filled half way, when I asked why the staff stated that I only get three scoops per large container, I was trying to feed 6 people and half of a large container wasn’t going to feed 6. I ask for a refund and ended up going to KFC. I felt bad for wasting food but I felt cheated. The staff which was very professional and apologetic was the only reason I left 3 stars because they were just doing their job and doing what they were trained to do. Popeye’s charges $7 for the side on its own and to only fill it half way they should get new containers so people see how much food they are really getting.
