Drive thru, food was missing and nuggets were not done. Sprite was watery. The worker who answered the phone was a bit rude and said next time it’ll be better. It should always be the best quality possible

Went to the drive thru on a Thursday night. Ordered 2 chicken sandwich platters which includes 2 sides, a drink and biscuits. One of those sandwiches was spicy with no pickles. We were told there would be a wait for the sandwiches which was fine. But we waited 30 minutes just for our order to be wrong. Received a sandwich with pickles on it and one of the sides were incorrect, and not to mention we were missing the extra condiments we paid for and no biscuits. Walked back in to give them a chance to fix it. Walked back out and the sandwich this time didn’t have any pickles but it wasn’t spicy. Customer service and back of the house aren’t on the same page. This location doesn’t care about their customers, specifically night crew. New management is needed big time.

This place is head and shoulders above any other popeyes even remotely close. This location always has warm food. The wait is minimal, and everything is always correct. The food here is great. Most employees are friendly and smile. Best popeyes in riverside county, in my opinion.

Popeyes opened February 15th 2019 right next to Del Taco in the Costco Center. The manager Chris and the staff were excited and ready to serve. The chicken is light and flavorful. It’s a brand new store so very clean inside. Small store tucked in a small lot with tight parking.

I send my kids to pick up a meal for all of us. When they got back home and we started eating, I noticed that some of the pieces were red from the inside. The skin was crunchy but the inside left us with nothing to desire again. I took a bite of one of the drumsticks and it taste rubbery and old. I don’t know if it was because it was late around 7 pm that they gave us old food and not cooked properly. I gave this place the benefit of a doubt, so I sent my kids to pick up the food, but is the second and I know I won’t be going to this location again.

I live right by Popeyes, and I love that chicken! Knowing there is usually a long wait, I had the expectation of one, and wasn’t so bad. I used a digital coupon and scored at $11 for 3 meals!!

My family and My pulled in the drive through to order a surf ‘n’ turf that they had advertised for $7.00. They informed me that it was discontinued. Never did they inform me exactly what was discontinued, the price, products, etc. so I informed them that I need that price because they got it advertised, per the picture that is attached. I went to the window and asked to speak to the manager. The manager had poor customer service just as the other employees. I asked for corporate number. He stated they don’t have a corporate number but I could have his GM’s number. I called the GM to discuss their business practices, and he displayed poor business skills as well. Offered me nothing for the bad experience or poor customer service. DON’T ADVERTISE WHAT YOU DONT OFFER!!! BAD BUSINESS.
