The manager Thomas and staff are going to make someone sick. Worst service wait over 45 mins for dinner order and when I spoke up the brought our food to the back before giving it to us. I have made a complaint to corporate because the manager took our food to the back room before giving it to us and hung up on us after we complained and call him out. He did nothing to fix the situation and made it worst. Spots on the chicken looks like they were spit on, wet and not crispy

Ordered regular mild chicken with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes/Cajun gravy and blackened tenders with Cajun fries and red beans and rice. Delicious and juicy chicken. First time (but not last) for the red beans and rice. Their biscuits are salty, moist, and buttery. Their frozen lemonade is tangy and sweet. Received 2 complimentary strawberry biscuits for donating $2 to charity and the owner was so nice to add an extra tender and chicken piece because I had to wait awhile for the food. Everything was spotless and they were just so nice. I’ll definitely be back. I just really miss the Cajun rice that uses to be on the menu. Hope it returns.

Maria was such a sweet sweet lady to my husband and I. So friendly and took care of us better than most places we have gone. We are from Missouri and did the route 66 run and then played around in California for a couple days and are now on our way to Vegas and then Utah for our anniversary. Our trip has been absolutely amazing thanks to ladies like Mrs.Maria. Thank you so much Ma’am, for making our experience a nice one. 10/10 recommend. The food was excellent.

The manager Thomas doesn’t care about anyone or anything. Try taking to him vs. a wall, and the wall will have more to say. He didn’t apologize for making me wait for 45 minutes. He shrugged his shoulders and went about taking my chicken to the back. The employees don’t try. We believe he spit in or put water on our food chicken after he took it to the back for some reason. They served over 10 other customers that ordered after mine. 45 mins for fast food and almost $70 for a meal for 4 is ridiculous.

The staff were great very friendly and very fast the atmosphere was meh it was in a gas station with limited seating but gotta love that chicken the new blackened chicken was good wish I would have told them easy on the sauce because it doesn’t have breading

I will not come back here. IT’S always something. They have you park to wait forever so they have great drive thru time wth! But your food isn’t ready on time.Its a shame when you have to drive to another city for popeyes.This popeyes sucks!

If you want your food quick don’t go here we placed our order pulled to the window sat there for about 5 minutes then paid for our food then was told to go wait out front and they would bring our food out to us so we went out front waited another 15 minutes my girlfriend went in with the recipe to ask how much longer, they told her they had bumped our order and it had been canceled so they made our order they didn’t give us our biscuits which is what our son eats from there. and the time we went to this location they never put the biscuits in and we didn’t find out till we were already home. So my suggestion go to bear valley location if your a customer.. if you’re the owner fire everyone that works there and start over and hire some employees that can do the job competently
