Very disappointed. The food took just about 20 minutes to be ready. None of the staff told me chicken needed to be cooked. I was in a hurry, and didn’t realize things only got worse. The spicy tender were over cooked, none of the sauce I asked for was in the bag, and I thought I paid too much. I didn’t realize I overpaid until I returned to work. There was an additional order of food I was charged for. I made the mistake of tossing the receipt on my way out. I know I was overcharged by verifying what I paid online. It wasn’t worth the time to drive back over. I will never return to this restaurant.

This is my first time visiting this location, and my experience is 50/50. The food does not look appearing; I am not sure if it is because they prepare too much chicken at once and the volume cannot catch up. The fried chicken looked dry and had been fried multiple times already. However, the manager is very nice and helpful. I saw him talking to kids and family inside the restaurant and provide them what they need.

I ordered a 24 piece nugget. They delivered some perfectly cooked bite-size pieces of chicken that dip perfectly in the accompanying sweet heat sauce. Customer service was spot-on as well. I went during the lunchtime Rush so the food was fresh I hope this experience was indicative of their all day service.

Zohir is the best. It’s been so long since I have gotten good customer service at a fast food place. So I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received. I actually steer clear of ff cause service is always terrible. But I bit the bullet cause I was starving which is the worst time to go to a ff place which is the opposite of how it should be. Nevertheless, Zohir treated me with dignity, respect and kindness. Thanks!

First time at this Popeyes location. The staff here is really friendly, positive attitude and amazingly helpful. The chicken I had was good and especially since I was there during lunch time, it tasted freshly fried versus having sat under the heat lamp. Biscuit was deliciou as well.

Food was good ordered a chicken combo and popcorn shrimp, and got mashed potatoes and gravy, and red beans and rice for sides. Everything was hot and fresh. Chicken and shrimp were crispy. Only complaint is I got carryout and they didnt put the sauce in the bag for the shrimp (although I didn’t ask, I assumed it came with it.) Staff was super friendly, service was pretty quick, and the dining area was nice and clean. Would definitely go back!
