We ordered food at 5:10 online, and when we arrived at the store they said they could not make our order because they closed at 6pm. There is no rule stating that you cannot make food past a certain time. It was pure laziness because they wanted to close early. They were selling cold tenders and whatever they had left because they didn’t want to make fresh food. Leaving cold, old food past a certain time window isn’t even allowed per food code. The manager refused to make our food. I’ve worked fast food, and you never turn down an order. Doesn’t matter if it’s 40 minutes to close or 2. Absolute laziness and poor worth ethic. Would not recommend coming here.

Placed three mobile orders through the Popeyes app for this location at 1725, 35 minutes prior to closing. When I went in at 1730 they told me they couldn’t make the order because “it’s 20 minutes to closing” and “what we have is what we have”. They also said they couldn’t give a refund because it was a mobile order and I’d have to contact the customer service line, which is also non existent and only exists through email with a 24-48 hour response. Now I’m out more than $30 because some employees were too lazy on a Saturday afternoon to do their job. Absolutely unacceptable for a military installation facility. With two cranky kids, this honestly got me so unreasonably mad that I’m going to do everything in my power to get this facility reported up as high as I can.

Sadly we were given the wrong order. Chicken was very spicy, asked for honey with the biscuits when they handed us the order and they insisted it was in the bag. The order had 3 containers of cole slaw but no napkins or plastic ware. Chicken was very tuff and maybe held a bit over the holding times.

This is the third time I’ve only received half my order, even after waiting 10 minutes for my order outside the building in my car. I live in town, so I drove 18 minutes to get there. I give the benefit of the doubt when places are busy…but they were far from busy. I will wait until the one in town is up and running before I go to Popeyes again.

After ordering online. Told me to wait for chicken then they would bring it out, 18 minutes later i went in and they said to wait for biscuits. Well 35 minutes later I’m still waiting. Someone needs to figure out what is going on. Last time I spend good money on poor service

The first time we visited we had been working on moving into our house all day! Went through the drive through and received the message they were closed. There were still 15 minutes left for the store to be open. Went inside and a worker was sitting on the counter by the register, so I asked if they closed early? He jumped off the counter and said no and they took our order.
