8/27/23 around 11-1130 am. This is the second time we went there and they magically have no wings. The girl at the drive-thru it was extremely rude. And I feel like they just want you to get what they already have cooked or they want you to just go away. I think it’s weird that something that’s so heavily advertised is out every time we go there. They proceeded to let me know that the food was going to take a long time because it was going to be cooked fresh with our other blackened sandwiches. I don’t understand why they would even bring this up to us I would much rather sit in a line for a few extra minutes and get hot food and food that’s been sitting out. The fact that they’re even asking us in it definitely felt like they were trying to discourage us from buying that sandwich and getting the crispy sandwiches that they already had ready. I really feel like they were trying to push us in a certain direction which is absolutely insane. I’ve actually wanted to try this place twice both times I left without any food at all. I will not be going back to this location ever and I’m not sure if I’ll ever try Popeyes again. You got to figure with places like canes and Dave’s Hot Chicken blowing up why on Earth would anybody deal with an attitude

The drive thru is super slow. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day it’s always an easy 20-30 minutes sitting just waiting to make an order. The staff are nice and never an issue when actually talking to people. The ghost pepper wings are amazing. The Cajun fries are always nice and crispy and the food is hot which is nice. The dessert strawberry biscuit was gross flavor not worth it. My daughter loves the spicy chicken sandwiches

Just came back from ordering. 1/24/23 @ 3:50pm. Lacking Customer service and better quality output of their food. Was totally robbed of my side of fries and almost half of my shrimp looks as if they picked up the burnt left overs from the fryer.

This place is a joke. You wait 25 minutes just for them to maybe take your order and the food is usually cold. Last time I was there I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget meal and only got 8. But you best believe they charged me for 12. I ALWAYS check my order before I leave but it’s crazy that I’m gonna have to start counting nuggets if I ever give this location another try.

I ordered online and picked up in the drive-thru. Once I finally got to the pick up window, they told me to park, and it would be another 4min wait. So I parked and waited over 15 min and saw so many cars go through the drive-thru. I finally got off, and they said they were still working on my order. They weren’t short staffed, there were over 7 people working in the back, and one girl was break. The inside was not very clean, and there were so many little bugs flying around where you place your order. I don’t think I will be going back any time soon.

Stopped by for lunch! Long wait time! Employees were really trying! Seems to me they just need more training! To busy of location not to have more employees! Drive thru very slow! Went in lobby! A little dirty but again not enough employees. Food was good! Hot sad but hat I could not order cajan rice! No longer have this item at this location! Give employee’s a break! Management needs to reevaluate there staff! Good luck! Hats off to the hard workers!!

I placed an order for 2 piece big box for $5 found in the Popeyes app and ordered for pick up. When I arrived the restaurant, I was informed they don’t have Cajun fries nor the red beans. I was ok with it and asked for another Cajun rice instead. One of the staff thought it was a good idea to put the rice in a box without lid inside a smaller bag tilted. This lead into the Cajun rice spilled over the fried chicken. I asked for a remake and they immediately fixed it. It is disappointing that their chicken pieces are tiny, I’d be very upset if I pay any more than $5.
