Employees at the restaurant are an absolute joke. None of them care about there jobs or you. There was pounds of food sitting on the heaters that have probably been there for an hour. The employees have no respect for you. There has also been multiple occasions where i show up and hour to a hour and a half before close for them to say we stopped serving sides. I hope this franchise gets closed down or some people come in that care about the brand.

Everyone inside was angry because they were taking so long to give 3 small orders and they messed up 2 of them and were all upset at the costumers ? Didn’t make any sense. never coming here again.

Ordered on the Popeyes app for delivery. I ordered the ghost peppers wings w/ fries, two spicy chicken sandwiches, a regular side order of fries, beans & rice, and mashed potatoes. The delivery driver texted me that they didn’t have any chicken or fries. Apparently, they didn’t cancel the order. I paid $32 for for a side of mashed potatoes and beans& rice to be placed at my door step. The sides were on happy hour so I literally paid $32 for $2 worth of food. Absolutely insane.

This place is an embarrassment to the franchise. I arrived 20 minutes after I ordered and waited another 10. Only then to find out they didn’t have Mac n cheese or cocktail sauce. Chicken sitting under warmers unserved and cranky workers with dirty clothes. After all that they gave me ice cold fries. Knowing perfectly well they were cold when they put my order together. I had a $40 order and got a dirty look for wanting at least warm fries for my customer. The only thing I recommend about this dump is not to go there. What a waste of money. Unless you oder disappointment.

Placed an order online, and the app didn’t give me a time when my food would be ready, so I waited 20 minutes before I went to pick up my food. Walked into the store at 6:04 pm just to be told they do not have chicken sandwiches, and there would be a 20-minute wait. I said ,”I ordered on the app, and I’ve already paid for my food. What is my option?” The worker goes to ask someone in the back what to do. She comes back after a couple minutes and says, “We found chicken. It will be 20 minutes.” We waited almost 40 minutes to get our food. There were dirty tables, floors, and walls. The staff could be heard making comments like “I hate this job” and “no I didn’t smoke. Im sober.” The young staff are rude and do not care about customer service.

Well me let me start by saying the has to be the worse Popeyes restaurant EVER!!! waiting 20 minutes longer for my order after it was placed online and was due to be ready by 12:12, received it at 12:35pm.. then manager “Maria” was a total unprofessional bleep’. when asked where was my order and that it said online it was to ready by 12:12pm she asked the cook and he said he just dropped the order into the fryer, the register kid then proceeded to say he never got the order.. I then said ok, well I placed this order online due to a limited lunch break time.. Maria proceeded to say well you can go online and ask for a refund, I then stated ‘ no I cant I to have to eat since I wasted all my lunch break here” she rolled her eyes I then stated its ok I will be calling corporate. People like her should not work in customer service, and the crew she had working with her look like they had no clue what the heck they were doing, and well with a manager like her, I cant blame them.. this location was filthy.. not to mention they never told me they were out of biscuits, it wasn’t until I searched my bag for it that I asked and was told oh we are out. say think twice before placing an order here, go to KFC or Churches at least the treat there customer with some respect. Again Maria, I don’t think you have the training to be a manager so if I were you I would ask for some classes, you might run into someone who hasn’t changed their life and be in BIG trouble. If I could post this without adding a star i would i actually give it a NEGATIVE 5 stars. Popeyes Corporates, please train your employees a bit more, I also have pictures of how filthy this store is.

Employees do their level best to ignore any and all customers. Grunt responses to any questions. Above all, they appear not to get along with each other. The dining area is a filthy disaster! Napkins and drink lids are by special request only! HORRIBLE!!!
