Really disappointed, the food was good. They only had sweet tea, and the dining room was dirty. It was empty! I would understand if it was busy but it was very slow. I worked in fast food as well and I just didn’t understand their pace. Also I kept seeing drive thru customers keep coming in complaining about their orders or just waiting really long in the parking for the orders. Food took 20 minutes to be prepped and cooked. This is the third time I’ve had to wait almost this long for something that is “fast food.” There were two cars ahead of me also waiting for a period of time to receive their food. Will not go to this location again.

I ordered a simple chicken sandwich and paid for it, the guy said it would be 7 minutes, those minutes turned to 30 minutes and I ended up leaving. I tried calling later to get my money back and of course they never answered the phone. Horrible service.

Don’t come here. Go to Mesa or don’t go at all. They took 30 minutes and didn’t even offer help until I spoke up. Fries were cold by this time. No offer for refund, just a low sorry. I’ve given this location 3 chances, if you see all my reviews of places you will know you can trust what I am posting here.

Worst experience every time Jacquelyn is working at the canutillo location Getting anything for us is an issue even when we’re willing to pay for her to just use her hands and grab some sauce. This Popeyes use to have quality until they hired her. Thank you Jacquelyn for ruining our experience will never come back to this location.

Arrived at the restaurant 40 minutes until they closed and was told the kitchen was shut down already and would have an hour wait for chicken. I fully understand wanting to go home on time but closing the kitchen 40 minutes before your restaurant closes is ridiculous. Will not being going back to this location.

At this location I have experienced employees doing as they wish to not better serve the customer. For some reason the lobby was locked at 5pm even though the sign clearly reads 10pm. The service provided at the drive thru was not professional at all. You don’t like working with people or fast food. I clearly saw 10 people Walk away from the closed doors while I waited 30 min in line to get my order wrong. Come on guys. Step it up
