This location has to be the worst location. The food quality is horrible, they will serve you good that was made hours ago. When I asked for a refund I was told a manager was not there. Nonetheless, this location needs to be closed. The food was cold, old, and gross

This is not the first time I have had issues with this location. Figure things would get better with time, but they never cease to find new ways to disappoint. The crew seems very unprepared for business every time I go. On this trip, I waited over 30 minutes in line from the time I ordered to the time I got to the window. Apparently, they messed up the customer’s order in front of me to where they had to actually go inside to get it corrected. Defeats the purpose of a drive thru. Several customers waiting behind left. Waited another 10 minutes at the window. I ordered the regular 12-piece family dinner. After I paid, they told me they were out of regular chicken and only had spicy and asked if I wanted that instead. If you are out of something, shouldn’t you tell the customer before they order and pay! Didn’t want spicy so I waited. Saw 5 members of the crew just standing around. No sense of urgency. A couple were arguing with each other. One was just standing and watching another do a job. Lack of leadership and training in my opinion. They told me another 2 minutes for the order to be ready. Asked me to pull forward and they would bring my order out. Waited another 15 minutes. They brought my order out, and they said they threw in a couple extra pieces of chicken as compensation. At this point I just wanted to leave an already horrible experience. When I got home to finally enjoy some chicken, found that they only gave me thighs and legs. No white meat chicken as stated on the menu. Substituted the order without asking if that was okay. At this point, I did not feel like dealing with these unprofessional people again and just took the hit. Never will go back to that location. My advice, find another location to get your chicken from. But if you insist on going back there, bring something to entertain yourself while you wait and Check Your Orders before you leave, as you cannot trust you will get what you ordered.

If you look at my reviews, i rarely give bad reviews, bc i just want places to do well, but this location it needs to be known. I love Popeyes but unfortunately not all locations are the same. The chicken sandwiches were good as expected, now that was the good part. The bad, we waited almost 15 min before girl got off her butt to help us at the counter. No one else was in the restaurant. It was close to 11, on a Sunday, pretty early before lunch but just about every table and seat was dirty, and we had to choose the least dirty one. Napkins were nowhere to be found and they didn’t put any napkins in my bag. They would charge me for a cup of water. I most likely would not return here, if I had to, just make it a drive through stop.

One of the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Fast service. Saw several pickup orders in and out quick. Food was hot and fresh and good size portions. Clean. Do need to restock napkins condiments but got that ASAP as well.

Do not go after 9pm ..u will get old super burnt fries that looks like they been soaked in grease..pieces of chicken that dont look like chicken…if u tell the drive thru person your food is not right they get very rude and impatient

Literally the worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had. Do all Popeyes locations close at 8pm now? And do they all consistently give you half the food you ordered? Do they all try to convince you that you’re imagining the missing items?

DO NOT STOP HERE, just find the nearest location. You get to the menu and no one acknowledges you, absolutely NO ONE. No “I’ll be right with you” no “it’ll be just a moment”. So you wait and wait for someone to say something. When the dude that seemed like a manager who seems like he barely knows English comes to the mic he sounds like MICHAEL JACKSON whispering. I could barely hear him. So whatever I order and move up. He takes my card, hands me my drinks and gives my card back. Then a woman yells in Spanish from the back that it would be a 6 min wait. He asked if I wanted to wait. I said I had no choice if he charged me and gave me my drinks. So I pull up and wait way long than 6mins. When he comes and hands me my order he doesn’t apologize for the wait and most importantly DOES NOT THANK ME. I will NEVER return to this location ever again.

This was our first experience with this location. On the positive, our food was fresh and very tasty. It’s a great location and quick access to the Hutto area. Sadly, that is where the positive ends. We had great difficulty ordering, and what food we did receive was not correct. Even the kids meals were missing items. This was definitely one of the more disappointing fast food experiences we’ve had in recent years. We like to give second chances, but this is likely our first and only visit.

I can’t even believe what I experienced in this place. Cashier was hard to understand. After I was sure she had the order right, she gave me the total and I swiped card. She said Fries has 2 minute wait. I scooted over to wait. Close to 10 minutes goes by while I watch the crew. There was an older gentleman in back cooking chicken and the manager was talking to him like a dog. She yelled at him, she yelled at the cashier who looked like she had no training. The manager came to the front yelling at girl in Spanish and then looks at me at end of counter with the meanest look and yelled “you no pay!” She made a scene yelling this several times while I looked and felt confused about what was going on. I asked what she was talking about and she nearly tore the monitor from the cash register, turning it around and yelled again “you no pay!”. I tried to speak to her calmy and ask what was going on and said I had a hard time understanding her because she was talking at me, not too me with speaking too fast in frustration. This woman got very close to me staring me down with the meanest look. If I had not been picking up for someone else I would have walked out then. Manager ripped open the machine that holds receipt paper and again yelled at girl showing her no receipt paper was inside. The girl didn’t ring the order up so I swiped again. I watch the crew with this lady just yelling and bossing everyone. I felt so bad for the older gentleman in back. Another couple walks in and the girl couldn’t ring them up. Again, another round of yelling in Spanish, slamming everything she touched. The man walked over to me, and said he has never witnessed anything behavior like that in a popular establishment as big as Popeyes. I agreed it was very bad scene. Not many people would deal with this aggressive behavior especially in your face kind of thing. Hope she considers that in the world we live in today.

Not the best place to be during lunch rush. But the employees make up for the lack of space with their ability to quickly get orders out while keeping a positive humorous attitude. Good job to all the women working this location you gals are hard workers.
