Customer service is AWFUL! The chicken is old and dry. They have a million excuses of why it takes so long to get bad food. Yet you look, and there’s several employees, most on their phones. Don’t waste your time and certainly not your money at this location. I guess being the only person in the drive thru at a usual busy time was a clear indicator not to get food from this place. Lesson learned.

“Bless the manager who ended up placing herself on drive-thru to take over majority of her employees.” Due to her as she quoted, “We are very SHORTHANDED, BEHIND ON ORDERS, & OUT OF THINGS!” For example: Large cups, ice, half bags for the 1/2 gallon of tea, etc…She did the best she could, kept on forgetting where orders went or handing out drinks when they were needed. Not only should Popeyes have an on the spot interview day like McDonald’s does. But also assign someone to keep the lobby, restroom, & parking lot clean at all times…especially, when it’s a very small restaurant. I arrived in the afternoon, busy in drive-thru (of course) so-so in the corridor. The managers were doing everything, but there was no cleanup crew at all. Nice ladies, great service, and a disastrous atmosphere!!

Even though when we drove up we were told there would be a 25 minute wait. We still waited and at least we knew our chicken would hot and fresh. They guy was very nice and apologized when he gave us our food. Which btw smelled awesome. I sure do wish they didn’t take the green beans off the menu.

Yalls cooks are trash it simple as that. 4 people back there and struggling on everything. The service could be better but she can only do so much when the cooks are being jerks and 10 minute wait on EVERYTHING to be cooked. I understand training new people cost a lot of money but something’s gotta give.

I’ve been going to this location for years. First time I can say I was left disappointed. Ordered a 12 family dinner. Drove home about 20 miles away. Only got 9 of the 12 pieces. 3 breast, 3 thighs and 3 legs… no wings.

I literally never go to Popeyes for this exact reason, I sat in the drive thru “pulled up” for at least 15-20 minutes and I got home and realized I didn’t even get my drink, I had to add a drink on the side bc I don’t want a small drink. And then I didn’t even get any of the sauce I put on the order. I can’t stand this place. They need to tear it down and put a different restaurant already. Will not be going back and people who are visiting I don’t recommend

Terrible service. We ordered via drive thru and they were out of almost all soda selections. They asked us to pull to the side and it took forever to bring out our food and when we got it, the food wasn’t hot and they didn’t include any condiments. Went in to get ketchup and the inside of the store was dirty. Won’t be back.

It blows my mind what they serve me over here. I don’t know how I can wait 30 mins parked in there parking lot waiting for my chicken tenders to be done and when I get home they are hard, cold, and tasted like they were fried 2 hours ago and they threw them in a box.
