Beyond frustrated with this place. They always close early. I ordered a number 2 combo I thought it would be less expensive to get the Tuesday deal, but once everything was added it ended up being more expensive than the combo, so I told them all I wanted was the combo. Drove up to the window and my total was $14, I asked why and they said the couldn’t delete anything but they gave me a discount. A manager had to come remove the items. I paid and was handed the bag that I was looking at the whole time, nothing was removed from it, all that was in there was my combo. They tried to make me pay for something that they weren’t even going to give me. I looked in the box my food was cold they they gave me about 10 fries. I wasn’t offered any condiments. I’m sure this play will end up like the Schlotzsky’s that was down the street, awful customer service, staff that take advantage of the company, lack of management. Zero stars if I could.

The GM was very unprofessional. The store manager Cynthia was extremely helpful and resolved the issue ! She didn’t have to resolve the GM did So 5 stars to the this store and the food not the GM

Went trough the drive trough, didn’t gave a receipt and the order was wrong. My wife called and the person she spoke to told her to go back that they they will make the order again, made us drive all the way back to the restaurant only to give us the missing parts of the order? From the restaurant to my house is around 10 minutes then driving back cause they told us they were making the order again just to give us rice with beans and 2 biscuits? Come on guys you need to do better than that.

Had nothing but issues here at this specific Popeye’s. Today was the last straw, we ordered just a 5pc tenders meal, popcorn shrimp combo and biscuits and they still couldn’t get that right! I received a completely wrong order and on top of that incorrect food portions with no fries!!! I shouldn’t be surprised, they are working at Popeye’s and yet the stupidity of other people still surprise me. DO NOT COME HERE!
