Ordered spicy chicken 11 piece family meal and got over cooked original chicken. This is the slowest restaurant in town and they can NEVER get orders right. So ready for the new Popeye’s to open so I don’t have to keep going to this location. This store needs people that know what they are doing and that have customer service skills. Or else an owner that cares about their business.

I just ordered here and I’m honestly scared to eat. I placed an order through the app and after waiting 10 minutes AT the intercom (apparently they need more than 3 people to make orders) I was told I needed to come inside because they didn’t know what the Popeyes app was. Now inside, I’m struggling to understand what’s causing the wait. There are 5 people here including myself and they have each drive through customer waiting a minimum of 5 minutes BEFORE taking their orders. I don’t know what I just walked into but it definitely needs some attention.

Waited at the counter for about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. When I got my food I asked for sauce for my fries and chicken, I was told I couldn’t get sauce unless I paid for it because I didn’t order tenders. Then the biscuit was hard as f and the chicken was dry. Guess they don’t like repeat customers at this store. Won’t be coming back here again!

If you want to close at 9:30 and ignore customers then maybe make your closing time earlier. Sat at the menu for 10 minutes, drove to the window and were blantly ignored.

Save yourself some time and find another location. You will be waiting a lo g time for your order. Then they ask for you to go through drive thru and still have to wait over 20 mi s for your order. Dashers avoid this please cause you will lose money waiting

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at Popeyes! The lady who was in the drive thru window slammed her headset on the counter and said she’s tired of all these ***** orders! Need I say my kids were in the vehicle with me! Every time I come here the experience gets worse and worse. I will never ever come to this location again!

Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes before the lady took my order, mind you no one was in the drive-thru. Then proceeded to take my whole order and at the end the lady tells me she can only give me spicy chicken because that is all they have available. She said i could wait another 10 minutes if I wanted mild. You think she could’ve said this at the beginning, before i sat at the speaker for 20 minutes. Worst customer service.
