We ordered the chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese, a 5 piece tender combo and 6 ghost pepper wings. Got to the hotel and my sandwich had no bacon or cheese and they gave us one thing of blackened ranch. Never going back again

First off this place is too small to be so hot inside. They had a fan on the floor blowing but face in toward the staff so the whole dining area was hot. I tried to order from the app and the cashier refused to give me the pieces of chicken I wanted even though the app didn’t specify any certain pieces. Mind you I order the same thing in every popeyes I visit in every state and have never had an issue. She then proceeded to take my order with an attitude and didn’t even apologize or say thank you but shoved my receipt at me while rolling her eyes. So the customer service there is terrible. The food was fresh and hot but I will never return thanks to her.

The WORST Popeyes ever, I’m from Louisiana I should know. 2nd time to visit this location. This visit the same RUDE, worker. Horrible attitude. I placed my order online. I arrived 30 minutes after I placed my order online. Waited in line and was told that they didn’t even have my order. I showed her the paid receipt and she said nothing I can do. She asked rude lady and she pulled it out of cash register and sneared at me. My number was 71 on the receipt. 45 minutes later I still didn’t have my big order. People were coming in and she’d pick my receipt up and put it behind others. One man ordered, asked how long for his order. The rude lady looked at him and refused to answer him. He waited patiently and said did you see her laugh at my question and refuse to answer me. He asked if anyone else was working. Still NO answer. RUDE. The other lady came from the back and looked at me I asked her if she could fill order #71, they were now on order #92. My order was for a business and very late. The rude worker then looked at me and deliberately messed up all the order receipts that were in a row on the shelf. How stinking silly. So it took me 1 hour and 46 minutes for my order. UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE For Popeyes. Upper management needs to look into this location. The rude worker can be described as white with a lazy eye. Sorry, she wouldn’t give me her name. Oh, the slowness had nothing to do with not having any chicken or sides cooked. They had PLENTY…..
