Fast food is always unfair to rate. It’s hit or miss. Went on a Tuesday. It was hard to place our order. Once we made the order it was incorrect. The cashier corrected it. The food was ok. The inside is clean and there is plenty of seating. It is rated a B by the health dept. Others seemed to enjoyed it. The place wasn’t too busy on the inside, but the drive thru was crazy.

My second time coming to this Popeyes and ordering the same meal, 5 piece Blackened Tenders and Regular Cajun Fries and both times it was great! Granted the staff says pull around front and we’ll bring it out. I don’t mind, at least I knew my order is hot, fresh and made to order! Almost perfect visit if I didn’t have to get out my car and go inside because they forget my sauce. Minor infraction. Lol. Most definitely will come back here and recommend for delicious food!

Chicken was hot and seemed fresh, red beans and rice was not quite as good as normal, but still good. Just didn’t like hearing Spanish yelled out entire time I was eating.

I want to commend Crystal. The young lady in the drive through window. It wasn’t excessively busy, but just enough you could tell everyone was moving. Crystal was extremely polite and professional from the moment she asked if I could wait one second on the speaker all the way through getting my food. She had impeccable customer service skills. She definitely strikes me as someone that will do great at anything she does. Hopefully everyone at this location has her skills.

I mean fast food is fast food so food is always hit or miss. On 4/14/2023 I came for lunch and the service could not have been more impressive. Give them a try and i hope they can exceed your expectations as well. P. S. Give them a break if it’s busy, good chicken takes time.

They didn’t give me a receipt and paid with cash (didn’t have a way to add my points to my account). Went again a few days later and mentioned how I needed a receipt so this time I can make sure I get my points, but guess what, the machine is printing up all the receipts messed up, so you’ll lose it on all your points! I requested that they print it up at the counter for the inside orders, but they wanted me to go inside, which I couldn’t, so I left without my food!

Service was absolutely awful. Promotional order on the app would not work. The manager (Mario) in the store as well as the cashier had no idea how to work the app, would cut me off when asking a question and would not seek to help resolve my problem. This is the second time I’ve come here and will be my last. Just bad service.

Just ordered a two piece leg & thigh with a side of Mac & cheese an a coke know ice through drive thru. They waited at least 10 minutes before they took my order. After ordering my meal the food was cold had hair on the chicken, that’s not sanitary. The health department needs to do an inspection.

Food is always good, I have had a couple order mess ups. Last visit they almost gave me and mom 4 cups for drinks instead of 2. They gave mom fries and mash potatoes instead of 1 read beans. But She was like ehh thats a free side so she kept it. The food portions have always been good tho. They gave me read beans one time instead of potatoes. I know the complaining about free food seems weird lol, but my mom doesnt like to complain sometimes or i think she would’ve said they got her read beans wrong. But other than that food has always been good etc.
