$4 for a side of gravy is absurd. The food was only worth it because of how close it is. Not because it’s amazing.

I would pay good money else where. The Alvin location has become awful! The food is like they just reheat it from the day before. We have tried a couple times drive thru and went in. They never get the order right and at one point water was dripping out of the ceiling in the lobby when we went in, splattering everywhere. It’s just nasty now. They’re definitely not nice either when you try to get them to fix mistakes after paying over $50 for a big meal.

If ur having so many technical problems with ur location, just close until you’re ready to serve. Instead of wasting multiple customers time.

I want to say, it’s not the employee’s fault that they’re not good at their job and you get bad service. It’s the employer’s fault for not making sure they had adequate training and they actually learned during it and were fit for duty. Some people are just not meant to work in the food industry and the employer needs to recognize this before they’re on the line.
